i was planning on buying this heat press from a third party company, but i said i just go straight to the company itself. and im glad i did. not only i got the same product i want $50 cheaper but i also had my delivery fast. and when i had situation, customer service there was excellent. they responded and resolved the situation quickly and professional. in the future i only doing business with VEVOR and recommend them to my friends.oh yeah the heat press is doing amazing work. 1

I like this machine because I can press larger items with it. It is easy to use for sure. The only minor draw back is when I press the shirt or whatever Item I am pressing at the time the foam pads are loose and they tend to come up!!! When accessing the control pad when I need to change temperature and time in between uses, I have to be careful so that I dont get burned in the process. But other than that I give it a 4.5 stars.

This thing is massive. I love the size but it is so large and the clam sell snaps up when you open it so I have to bolt it to my work station.

This heat press is easy to use and durable. VEVOR has some of the best products for creating and crafting.

I love the size of the heating area. The heat press is easy to use. The presser is easy to adjust. The only thing wrong with the heat press is that the timer stops working after the first day of use. I did know that I was getting a timer that automatically counts down once you shut the heat press. Yes, I would buy again

I wanted to state that your employee is terrified of dogs. I have a pure bred Collie and they are considered one of the most freindly dogs in the world and your driver freaked out and tossed my heat press to the ground. Mind you it was only about 3 feet but the point is this is not the way a delivery should go. That's all I have to say.

After a while temperature increase over all good buy I will buy again. The price is a plus . I had it for about 6 months.

Everything works well. The only problem is the heat press needs a sliding plate. Other than that it’s perfect.

So I am only giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star for 2 reasons. The 1st reason is there is screw holes on the bottom plate for what appears to be a handle so you can hold the base and lift the press. Well it has the holes for the handle but you have to source your own handle. That's not a real big problem. So here is my only complaint and its not a deal breaker but you have to get use to it. You will Burn the hell out of your hands cause the press is so large you have to reach in to it to straighten out your shirts to get your print aligned. the way the press is shaped it makes reaching in to the back area at times very dangerous lol. Another petty issue is the neoprene liner on the heat press plate its self isn't pulled really tight to the heat plate. I don't think that impairs any function. So the only thing that really needs improvement is the bottom plate. if that plate was on a slide so that you could pull it out towards you to make adjusting garments much easier this press would with out any issue be a 10 of 10 . Its already a great item but that would make this absolutely flawless. I have prob pressed 200 shirts in the last month and then 3 to 350 magnets and other various items. The press has a pretty consistent heat across the plate. there are some cooler spots but there only like 10 degrees or so. So far there have been no issues. opening and closing the press is pretty smooth unless you really really clamp down on the pressure. then opening it can be a little bit tricky with out it like really fast popping open. That's where the handle on the base plate would have really helped. Also recommend hard mounting this in place.
