This is a terrible heatpress. I tried to return it and they offered to refund me partially if I would keep it. This heat press does not hold it's heat. It constantly cycles over a 20 degree span. The heat does not go all the way to the edge, so basically you have a 13x13 press, it does not hold heat, and the pad is not attached. You have to pull the pad out, place your shirt on it and push it back on the bottom plate. I run 2 other heat presses in my shop, and they don't have these issues (other brands). But Vevor says it is normal! I really just want to return and get a refund and they are refusing. I will not be purchasing any other Vevor products! This whole experience has been insane.

Looks OK, but quality is not good. Cheap China product. Not possible to alter pressure, turning pin stuck due to use of cheap materials. No good workspace. Narrow opening makes it har to press anything else than small t-shirts. I have been in having a small print business for 15 years, I have worn out several heat press machines but they have lasted years. This lastet less than a day.

I had a question immediately after I received the equipment. A simple question, how to purchase a cover, and how to glue the foam to the pallet. Many attempts to call, to chat, to email and all failed. I would never consider even mentioning this company, after 40 years in business, I finally saw the worse ever vendor.

I got this heat press, opened it the day it was delivered to start pressing 200+ shirts for a fundraiser event in 3 weeks. I have had heat presses before, but my last Vevor caught fire, so I had to purchase a new one. Got this one, because even though the first caught fire in the electronics of the machine, it was like 6 years old and worked great that entire time. I went to use this one for the first time and it didn't work at all. Won't set to the set temperature, pressure adjustment and release sucks, the digital display goes whacky when you press down and the timer doesn't activate and count down.

After the third start, the controller stopped working and did not adjust the temperature.

This item was a little over a year old before it started catch fire. I smelled burning plastic and smoke and immediately turned it off. There is no fix.

Un problème avec cette press, la diffusion de chaleur sur le plateau n’est pas homogène, la température n’est pas stable, elle fait des yoyo de 150 à 160 degrés. Cette machine peut faire l’affaire pour du bricolage quand on a quelques textiles à faire mais pas pas plus. Je vais la renvoyer pour échange ou remboursement

If there was a score less than one that's what this piece of crap deserves. The control module failed after three days and 4 uses. I asked for a replacement module but that was not going to happen. Not recommended at all. At least your customer service people had the courtesy of refunding my money.

On the day of use the product failed. VEVOR customer service is horrible, and it is impossible to receive a refund. After weeks of going back and forth I was only refunded a certain amount of the money I spent on the purchase and was given the option to have all my money refunded. I am so disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again.
