The original backpack arrived damaged. Sent a return request and my option was to destroy it or refund. I trashed it as per instructions and Vevor is sending out a new one. Have not received it yet or used it so a review on the item is not yet possible. Support was very quick in responding to our issue

Returned it as I opened the box! It was definitely used and had mold growing all over it! When you purchase a new item it should be new!

Purchased it end of August and the handle to the trolley was missing. Notified them right away and I've been getting ignored ever since. The give the run around over and over. Now the handle is out of stock. I paid the extra to enjoy pulling around instead of having to carry it but I haven't got to use it AT ALL!! I'M VERY UNSATISFIED

One of the terminals on the battery was broken. A replacement isn't available from Vevor.

I have been unable to use it. I have to send it back. It did not work. so far 3 of the 4 battery operated sprayers ai have prurchased from Vevor were junk.

Sprayer did not work when I received it. Customer service finally agreed to refund most of the purchase price or replace the sprayer. I took a partial refund but am very disappointed with the outcome.

I can't write a review on something I never had they never shut it to me they shipped it somewhere else I did not get a refund this thing hasn't been settled nothing's happened do not buy from this company they are very unreliable very hard to do business with

The handle is retarded and pops off. Had to make new handle for it
