Amazing! Take the plastic off the filter before use

There was problem in the shipping. The customer service was very helpful in correcting the problem with the shipper. I will do business with them again.

Got it a month ago works better than I expected and it saves me a lot of money because my wife doesn't have to use store water to make my coffee every day.

Will buy it again

I bought this filter to clear our drinking water faucet from slight discoloration in the spring. We are on a rural well system. Once installed, it works really well and, indeed, does completely clear our well water from that faucet. I did experience some difficulty with the plastic collars that are provided with the system. They seem to be made of a plastic material that is little too soft and that can strip quite easily. The unit could be much improved by replacing those fragile plastic collars with metal ones which would completely solve the problem and greatly improve the durability and utility of the product. If that were the case, it would've earned a five star rating from me!

Works great

Need to return got an early replacement

All good
