The unit has been working well for over a month. It isn't super quiet, but it isn't obnoxiously loud either. I had issues with condensation build up inside the unit due to no gaskets being on the top door. Once I added a gasket it took care of the problem. It is a solid unit!

The prep table works great I am using it in my mobile kitchen and it has no trouble keeping temp even when my kitchen is 100 degrees. I love it. However my other prep table stopped working and it is essential to my business. I ordered this one because it said it would come sooner than anywhere else. It said it would be delivered in 4 days after I typed in the address. 4 days came and went and trying to talk to customer service was a moot point. They said they had a 7 business day deadline to deliver. And even after that deadline it still came 2 days later so it took 11 days including the weekend. I would have paid the extra money and ordered from a different company if I had known it would come so late. I had to close my kitchen for several days waiting for it. To wrap it up great prep table works amazing if you have time to wait it is worth it. Terrible customer care and estimated shipping time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VEVOR. I purchased a commercial gas griddle for my restaurant event. I seasoned and tested it once, and it worked for about 15 minutes. The next day, at my event, the griddle would not ignite at all. I connected a brand-new propane tank and even attempted to light the burners manually, but none of the burners worked. Because of this failure, my event was disrupted and I had to leave the event to purchase another griddle locally. I immediately contacted VEVOR and provided photos and videos showing the problem. At first, they offered only a partial refund of about $94, which I refused because the product was completely unusable. After further communication, they emailed me saying they would provide a prepaid FedEx return label for a full refund. I accepted immediately. A few days later, VEVOR changed its position again and emailed me that they would issue a full refund of $311.96 without requiring the product to be returned. After that, I opened a PayPal case because I still had not received the promised refund. VEVOR then told me they could not refund me while the PayPal case was open and asked me to wait for the PayPal decision. Once PayPal closed the case, I notified VEVOR immediately. Instead of honoring the refund they had already promised in writing, they again delayed the process and said my complaint had been escalated and that I should wait another 24–48 hours. My biggest complaint is not only that the griddle failed during an important event, but also the inconsistent customer service. I received multiple different promises and timelines, yet I still had to spend significant time following up to try to receive the refund that had already been approved in their own emails. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing commercial equipment from VEVOR if reliability and responsive customer service are important to you. I hope the company improves both its product quality and the way it handles customers when products fail.

This was the worse purchase I have ever made. Took 3 weeks before it finally arrived (when I ordered it, it said within 7 days). Took out of package, ground rod broke on plug in, huge blemish right on top in middle of lid. It is so loud it hurts your ears! Like a high pitch ringing almost. Will never order through here again. Can’t speak to humans, only through emails!

so we purchase this fridge in august 28,2025 and it hasn't arrived yet. its been more than a month October 8th , 2025 (currently today's date) and i have mare 2 claims already and nothing!!! i cant even call customer service because they dont have a direct line! this is so un professional. it wasnt cheap either $1,500 dollars i want back to my account asap. item number: OV90876859
