È un mini congelatore/frigo. lho comprato per avere le bibite fresche in un tempo di attesa minore rispetto al frigo tradizionale. lo utilizzo in campagna dove non ho la corrente elettrica ma ho un piccolo impianto solare a batterie ed inverter. i consumi sono ridottissimi e le bibite sono fresche in un paio d'ore e molto fresche in 3 ore circa. i tempi dipendono dalla temperatura interna del locale, ma il bello di questo freezer è la possibilità di arrivare a congelare grazie ai -20 gradi raggiungibili. lo spazio refrigerato interno è grande 55l. ma il vano refrigerato a fianco non è regolabile di temperatura . comoda la doppia alimentazione con cavo 220 volt e presa accendisigari per auto e camper.

The 22-liter VEVOR portable compressor car refrigerator is an impressive unit that delivers fast cooling and great efficiency at a fraction of the cost of higher-end brands. Shipping was remarkably fast, arriving in Quebec in just one day via Purolator. Right out of the box, the fridge pulls temperatures down quickly and operates very quietly. Power consumption is exceptionally low, drawing only 35 watts when the compressor is actively running in MAX mode and dropping to a frugal 25 watts in ECO mode. In practice, ECO mode is more than sufficient for keeping contents cold while preserving your vehicle or house battery power. While the unit performs very well, using it strictly as a refrigerator around 2°C to 4°C requires a bit of initial fine-tuning to prevent food from accidentally freezing. Because the cooling coils line the interior liner, items placed directly against the inner plastic walls can freeze solid. To avoid this, keep food slightly off the walls, run the fridge in ECO mode for smoother cooling cycles, switch the unit to Fahrenheit instead of Celsius for finer precision without missing half-degree steps, and adjust the hysteresis parameter in the advanced settings to optimize the compressor cycling buffer. One area where VEVOR falls short is the included instruction manual, which completely omits how to access these advanced system parameters. Fortunately, the control board uses the exact same firmware interface as popular Alpicool fridges. To access the hidden E1 to E7 settings menu, put the fridge into standby mode and press and hold the setting gear button for three to five seconds until "E1" flashes on the display. Cycling through parameters E1 to E7 allows you to fine-tune essential underlying settings (such as temperature hysteresis, sensor calibration offsets, minimum and maximum setpoint limits, compressor start delays, and temperature units) using the plus and minus buttons to adjust values.

This is my second VEVOR fridge. First one lasted 3 yr in a rough ridding tractor trailer. Very satisfied. Upgraded to one slightly bigger.
