Overall service and quality good and does the job. Poles seem heavy if you have a lot to cut off, one area it could be improved is the saw blade seems a bit flimsy/ but still cuts fine

Heavy...not Lightweight
Sierra de Pértiga-Pro
This Pole Saw works great but when all eight pieces are assembled it is definitely not lightweight. It's very heavy. I used it to trim seed pods from two 30' royal palm trees. I had to use all eight sections. It's so heavy in that configuration, you cannot pick it up simply by raising it off the ground while holding the "handle" section. I had to pick it up in the middle, balance it, then use a 10' step ladder to guide it up to the seed pods. It cut them with ease, which was great. However, when it's time to lower it back down to the ground the weight causes it to fall quickly with no way to stop it. Luckily for me I have hedges around the palm trees so it landed on those instead of simply crashing into the ground. I'm not sure it would have survived that. Anyway, just be aware that a length of 27' with a metal saw on the end is not going to be "lightweight" no matter what it's constructed of. I'm glad I bought it and would recommend it with that one caution.

Does even more than expected! Using at full length is tricky, but do
Sierra de Pértiga-Pro
Super easy to assemble, and I followed the suggestion to work in the extra sections as you work it up the tree. That info made it possible for this 68-year-old, mobility impaired, 3 joint replacements, plus lifelong arthritic woman to cut not only the 2" thick branches but everything up to 8" thick limbs using all 27' of the pole saw! I removed 3 smaller branches, 2 larger stubs sticking out from the trunk, and 2 super thick limbs way up. I was amazed at the sunlight it allows into the yard! I cut every limb off right at the trunk. I'm 5' 6" and realized quickly I couldn't leverage it up due to its weight and angle of the end hitting the ground. It is flexible, but the blade is sharp, bites in quickly, and stays in the groove. It is more limber than expected, but I adjusted to that. I used my other saws to break the limbs down to haul out front. I worked each afternoon over 4 days and love the job it did! I invented a new system for the monster limbs by sitting in my heavy-duty outdoor rocking chair and holding the pole saw, rocking back and forth when my arms got tired. Hey, not lazy, just creative, plus both rotator cuffs are torn, lol. That limb took 2 hours straight using the full 27' of the pole, yeah, really, but it is now waiting to be hauled away! I DO IT ALL!

Sierra de Pértiga-Pro
While this package is a bit of a chore to manage at its maximum length, it certainly does the job. I have a 7 metre palm tree and spent many precarious hours roped to the tree trunk on a 3 metre ladder with the longest pruning saw I own. This new purchase means I can do my pruning from the ground.. I assemble the saw on the ground, with the bottom end against the trunk and then pivot the pole up to the vertical. Resting the blade on the branch takes most of the weight and the saw cuts on the downward stroke. Green palm fronds only take a few strokes to cut through. It is slow work, but safe and efficient. A second blade is a bonus.

Well constructed, interlocking handles-nice- Very Flexible when fully 27' assembled- Need to start cuts with soft strokes initially until saw bites into the cut. Easier to use when not fully extended. I did tie a rope at the very top handle and held around the bottom handle to 'stiffen a bit. Nice storage bag, extra blade- If it keeps me off the extension ladder , I'm a fan- I cut several 5-6" limbs I couldn't reach otherwise.
If the branch you are trying to cut is moving too much- drop a rope over it and tie it off to put down pressure on that branch- or have a buddy holding it down.

Could be better
Sierra de Pértiga-Pro
So the first blade broke which was mostly caused by the me getting it bound up in the tree. The biggest issue I have has is the roller pins that hold the plastic pieces keep working their war out. It would also be nice to be able to buy replacement blades.
