I like the setup. Easy to use. The sponges are not good. they do not wick the water up. My seeds dried up. I purchaced grow pods , from amazon(like AreoGarden has) and in three days my seeds sprouted and continued to thrive. Overall I am happy with my purchace and would recomend it and would purchace again.

It's ok for beginners

Great hydroponics tower, includes everything you need to get started (less nutrients). I was so impressed with it, the price point is great, so I bought a second unit. My only concern is the thickness of the lid. It has some flex to it, which can cause the tower to topple over if being moved (even very slowly)... I hope it holds up to the weight of growing plants.

Everything about the Hydroponic Tower is good. Unfortunately it comes with two Smart Plugs. There is no marking on them and there is no référence in the manual for how to use them. Apparently there's an app to control them, but what is it?! I connected with support multiple times and they just sent me the original manual - not helpful. Last attempt with support and I'm on chat now. Connected at 10:51 and the estimâtes wait time has 9 to 11 minutes. Agent connected at 11:18 and said they would help me. It's 11:34 and I have heard nothing. It's a clown show.

I purchased this setup back in May of 2025. I seeded my lettuce and transferred it into the tower by mid-July 2025. I had a successful few months of pulling lettuce from this tower. I was on my second round of lettuce seedlings, but everything is now dead and wilted due to a failed pump. I am writing this review in mid-October, so approximately 3 months after I started running the tower. The rest of the tower is in working order, but none of my troubleshooting has brought the pump back to life. I am disappointed, and my once-strong confidence in VEVOR has significantly dampened after this product experience.

UPDATE: Bought X2 of these units, and while my initial review was positive as it includes everything need to get started (less the seed and nutrients) my concerns came true this morning as the unit collapsed under the weight of approx. 40 leafy lettuce. I had just refilled the tank the day before too... So, 15L of nutrients got pumped out all over the room, and I'll be shocked if the pump still functions after being ran for a day dry. Needless to say, giant mess and I lost all my crops. While lettuce is not a particularly heavy crop, the tower was not able to support: looks like the bottom section flared out causing the tower to be able to lean and tip over. The bottom section did not spring back to shape and will have to be tossed. 50 cup tower might be only good if growing smaller herbs. I'll have to cull some of my plants on the second tower so I don't run into the same thing. Maybe if I reduce the number of plants to 25 the tower might be able to support and not collapse. Price is still good for a starter tower... Might just need a clever 'hack' to study up and reinforce the sections.

Pump does not work so had to run around and purchase another pump to prevent all the seedlings we had purchased from dying

The items I received were broken and couldn't be assembled. Customer service is the worst I have dealt with ever. Vevor you buy an item from vevor you are forced and pressured to keep it. They refuse to accept returns.

I have been waiting for over a month and still have not received this item. Shipping suck horribly
