Unlike promised this 250A version does not support synergy mode. Cables are a bit short. Arrived on Time and intact. Thumbs up for delivery.

Dumb! Flux core welder comes with a gas nozzle and Vevor does not sell flux core tips. Gas nozzle hids much of the weld so can'[t see exactly what is going on with the puddle. Found nozzles on ebay and they work better than the nozzle that comes with it. Support was helpful and stayed with me until I found what I needed. They also said this mig gasless nozzle is designed to work with the gun.

Altogether a decent unit. This is my first welding unit and actually the first time I have welded before. I struggled to get the wire to run and then realized that it was missing the "woodruff key" a very small semi-circular metal piece that locked the knurled groove roller. Without that it kind of worked; it drove the wire forward but not that much. That key is so small, you really have to pay attention to it. It is 3mm x 10mm, possibly DIN 6888. The manual does not mention it and the package does not include a replacement. For a high end model main stream model I would demand a keying mechanism that wasn't so easily lost. This could be devastating in the field. Other than that it operates very well, do not have any complaints so far.

Just received yesterday I am not happy about how short the cables are and that it advertised 3/8 thick metal capable but I believe it’s only with the TIG welding function?
