To Start it took at least 10 days longer to ship than the estimated shipping date. When I received it the screws holding the pump in place had fallen out. Easy to fix but should not be required. The hose clamps on the suction line were also loose and had to be tightened. Make sure you tighten the filter, on the initial use, It was loose and sprayed fuel all over me and my truck. I don't believe it is the right filter for the housing The hose has an O-ring fitting that screws into a 90 degree pipe thread fitting at the filter. it is dripping. I tightened again after the last use so I am not sure if it is fixed or not. The vent on the filler cap doesn't keep up with the pump, so if you don't loosen the cap, it starts to collapse the tank. It seems that they have very poor or no quality control.

This has been a good tank, but some of the parts have failed, and there is no after warranty support. You cannot even purchase replacement parts. So I'm stuck trying to make aftermarket replacement parts work. Too bad VEVOR doesnt offer better support. The vent portion of the main cap failed, and so did the DC fuel pump. Because I am barely out of warranty VEVOR's response was that they can't help - and advised me to look at other stores to find replacement parts.

Never received the fuel tank. Customer service very difficult to work with. No refund given. Chalk it up as a lesson learned at the tune $500.00. Never again.

Worst Customer Experience. Slow at responding. Want Video Proof when their products arrive not working???? When we make these kinds of purchases it is because we need to use the item ASAP. If it arrives damaged we would appreciate a more speedy response. And NOT to have to jump through so many hoops to get some much-needed help.

Never seen a vendor with no phone number for customer service vevor customer service is the worst , not reliable at all , don't use them. fuel pumps go bad , not part replacement. I have been waiting for more than a week to hear about their action. I have been asking for the part number to get a replacement for the fuel pump, even willing to pay for the part replacement, but wait and wait and wait.
