We were looking for a roll-up awning for our patio and stairs at the cottage and decided to give this VEVOR model a try as the Price was VERY appealing compared to other options. Delivery was pretty fast. Installation was also relatively easy minus a few hiccups as 1 section of the instructions were a little difficult to follow however easy enough to figure out. After several weeks of usage, I can say that though one of the arms does have a tiny sag over the 4 feet reach (even when adjusted as I suspect the machined part might be slightly out of tolerance), it isn't incredibly noticeable and the awning still functions perfectly! The insertion of the rubber line through the fabric loops were a little tough to do as it was sown rather tight but eventually was able to do it.
awning is easy to extend and retract, does the job perfectly as needed and rolls away under the soffit and overhang! Very impressed overall! Even with the small installation hiccups, I would recommend this item if you are looking for a "trial" solution on a budget! A+!
