ice cool Excellent to hold brisket and other BBQ pieces

I use it mainly to hold brisket and I can easily get 4 hours which is darn good as it a good alternative to using my oven which wastes energy and stink up thr house.
Great to transport food as well.

Bought this for a catering event we used 1/2 size chaffing pans the disposable alum ones. the disposable pans are too weak to be supported by the slide in grooves but if you put a 1/2 size sheet pan in they rest ontop very well. The event was only about a 40 min trip but our food arrived hot and intact. Yes I would buy again.

Did not know what to expect considering the price is considerably lower than the competition. Was very pleased! The unit is well built, casters are a good size and the heat holding time is very good. So impressed I ordered another one almost right away for my BBQ business.
