The pressure washer works well. The down size is the hose reel that you can add on, it is very flimsy and cheap. Also the unit tends tip over very easily. the pressure washer is good for light and limited use.

The only thing that I dislike is it's very hard getting your wand or soap dispenser in and out of your spray gun,other than that pressure washer works great. I Like the hose reel and long cord and the group of heads for your spray gun. I would recommend this product

Missing a piece for the reel to screw on pressure washer, is it possible for you guys to send one?

Great for small jobs and car washing but not recommended on full size homes, driveways, etc. Not powerful enough for those tough jobs

Do not buy this in no time used 2 times and now it want come on

I've had mine since 9-2024, and I use it 4-6 times a year. I liked it, and it worked well for light-duty cleaning, but a simple hose replacement became much harder than it should have been. The hose/reel design means that when the hose fails, the entire reel assembly has to be replaced. In my case, the reel twisted the hose internally where I couldn’t see it, and I didn’t catch the problem until the hose failed. The manual doesn’t include replacement part numbers, and I only found the parts page by going through my original order and clicking “Contact Us,” then navigating to customer support/parts. That took a frustrating amount of time. The replacement parts were reasonably priced, which I appreciated. When I install the replacement reel, I won’t use it to store the pressure hose anymore because that appears to be what damaged it. I’d recommend choosing a pressure washer with standard replacement fittings and avoiding this reel/hose design. I attached a photo showing how the hose feeds through the middle of the reel and where the twisting occurred.

I would never order this product again first of all the Reel on it is backwards, they never put the hose to the loop now the hose is everywhere flips over all the time…. And word snaps on for the handle keeps coming off. This is pure junk so I’m going to send it back

Over-all this pressure washer works. What makes it hard to manage is the roll-up hose reel. The hose itself is a very stiff plastic feeling material and retains the memory of coiled up on the reel. This makes the maneuvering of the hose fairly difficult and the "upright" configuration of the washer itself with its comparative light weight, can make the entire unit "unsteady" during use. Reeling up the hose after use is difficult as I am constantly fighting the hose and the "wobbling" of the unit. It does not have enough weight to keep it on the ground. A step molded to the case so you can put a foot on it to stabilize would be advantageous. A more flexible hose would help as well. I have no other issues with the washer.

The water pressure is not what I was expecting. I was hoping it would be potent. Unable to determine why it is leaking from two different areas.

Works fine for the money,but the pressure seems low and its impossible to wind up the hose with out someone holding the power washer due to it being so small
