Over-all this pressure washer works. What makes it hard to manage is the roll-up hose reel. The hose itself is a very stiff plastic feeling material and retains the memory of coiled up on the reel. This makes the maneuvering of the hose fairly difficult and the "upright" configuration of the washer itself with its comparative light weight, can make the entire unit "unsteady" during use. Reeling up the hose after use is difficult as I am constantly fighting the hose and the "wobbling" of the unit. It does not have enough weight to keep it on the ground. A step molded to the case so you can put a foot on it to stabilize would be advantageous. A more flexible hose would help as well. I have no other issues with the washer.

The water pressure is not what I was expecting. I was hoping it would be potent. Unable to determine why it is leaking from two different areas.

Works fine for the money,but the pressure seems low and its impossible to wind up the hose with out someone holding the power washer due to it being so small

Let me start off by saying, for a small unit it sure has good power and no issues regarding that area. However this particular model should have never even been designed with a windup spool. It's totally useless and downright annoying to use. Unit isn't near sturdy enough to utilize this feature.

Not enough pressure. Works well. Small équipement, not taking a lot of space. Good for price……………..

When it first arrived, it had a leaking hose fitting, Vevor support sent a replacement part which I installed and it worked fine after that. Used a few times last year, weighs about half what my previous greenworks pressure washer did but seemed to work as well. After using for about an hour this year, it stopped automatically shutting off the pump when the sprayer trigger is released, just keeps trying to pump and makes a horrible noise, I assume some kind of pressure switch quit. I’ve been turning the whole thing off at the machine before letting go of the trigger which is a huge pain but usable.

Was disappointed because it said it was 4500 psi. This is only with one specific head. Price is awesome. Quality is average. It will work for small jobs.

Not as strong as I would like it to be

This is a good unit for washing cars or small jobs, BUT it is NOT anywhere close to 4500 PSI. I'd be surprised if it has 2k PSI. It is light weight and easy to set up.
