This is not 2000 PSI, maybe 1200 PSI... don't expect to clean your patio with this... even just washing the car, it has a hard time to get the dirt OFF. Same for flow, not 1.76 GPM, maybe 1.2 GPM if comparing with other manufacturers equivalent specs unit.
Other than that, it works, and the hose reel is a good option to have, but it would be nice to have some reels for the electrical cord also.

My washer was just opened last week. I recently had a reverse shoulder replacement surgery and unable to do much. I opened the package and did manage to put it together it looks nice.
The problem is the soap dispenser is too big for the fitting. It does not connect. I tried 3 times to send this and each time I tries to upload a picture-- I was kicked out and had to start all over again
I hope this time is works. It did load and easy to see it does not fit. Would you please send me the proper bottle and I will then give

Tried to get a warranty report when outlet hose failed after second use. As of today and about 6emails it's still broken.

Vevor used to sell quality but this is a real piece of junk. Very tiny unit that doesn't stand on its own as well the quality is so poor that the hose twisted on itself and then blew up on the third time using it. PURE GARBAGE!!

4500 psi not hardly cant say I really expected an electric pressure washer to actually be that high but thought for the price it was worth trying out. Be lucky if its 2000 psi.

leaks at the hose connection no matter how tight I turn the connection. I replaced the rubber washer to no avail. Definitely not 4500 PSI.

Used it one time since I bought it new. Got it out to clean my boat. Pressure washed for 10 minutes and it just stopped work. It’s plugged into the same outlet as my radios and the radio never stoped playing so I know it’s not power. Pretty upset
