This machine is trash do not buy. On top of that when you try to get a refund they will just ask you the same question over and over and never issue the refund.

I never received my order, could never speak to anyone, tried through whatsapp and it was useless. Had to dispute the charge with my bank for fraud. Will be filing a complaint as well with the BBB and AG.

I bought the pressure washer with the hose reel... after a few times, the hose detacted from the reel... I attempted to re-attach the hose, but the pressure was too strong... I bought another pressure washer from Canadian Tire... have never had a problem since...

This machine works great, but don't get it wet. Also, 4500 psi is the ratings for the hose onoy. The actual output is only 1600 psi.
The machine to move water, you can't get wet. There's no GFCI installed, and the pressure washer got wet and died. It lived for 6 hours. I took it to the dump today, after this company denied the supply ticket. Costco and harbor freight have better models with better warranty.

I've been happy with a lot of Vevor items bit this pressure washer is garbage. I've used it three or four times and from the start it leaked from several places. There is no way it's close to 2000 psi given all the leaks. Don't buy this.

Worked ok the first 4 times I used it attempted to use it the 5th time and won't do anything has bith power and water but trigger pull does nothing. Also don't believe it is 4500 psi
