This is what I call a kids water gun. If I knew I would never have bought it. Horrible.

I bought this pressure washer because it was advertised as 4500 psi and when it delivered it was 2000 psi at best turned up all the way. I didn’t need another 2000 psi so I tried to get a return issued. After going back and forth for days to get a return, they kept offering a partial refund instead of a return. After days of going back and forth I just accepted the partial refund because I tired of trying to return it. If you purchase something that is not what it was advertised as a return should be easy. I don’t buy a specific tool to just accept whatever is sent to me. It’s just wrong. The pressure washer does what it is supposed to do just not what I ordered

I cancelled one order. The two are sent to me. I want to return. Can somebody guide me on this.

Less than a year 2 uses the gun is leaking at the trigger point. Unusable.

This thing worked great three times. I went to use it today. It does not work… I first thought maybe it tripped a breaker, nope older one works fine in the same outlet. Refund ???

sorry i tested it so late i was going to return it. the label says 4500 psi that doesn't match. it has the same power as my old one which was 1200 psi. wasted money. don't buy if you need power it's a scam

I had to return this item, they say it's 4500 psi but that not true, it's not even 2000 psi, not good at all to lie to customers like that

After 3 uses it no longer works. Will not hold pressure and just kicks in and out.

The motor that builds pressure went out after 2 uses.
