I bought it thinking it would be a good replacement for the old Simonize that broke down last fall. Big mistake! Paper specs are the same, but not half as powerfull as my old unit. Tried to reach out to customer service before giving a bad review, still waiting on answer.

The hose split about 4 inches long and the water blows out of the hose so won't build pressure. Wouldn't recomend.

Never received the washer because your terrible delivery service put the box by the trash cans. The Service refuses To wrong doing so rather than go round and round Im out $100 and a power washer. I will think twice Ordering from you again after I got responses TAlk to the delivery service and they say talk to vevor. So I if the next best thing and ordered from temu and was delivered in 2 days. Signed no love for customers MB

horrible product 5 minutes out of the box the gun started leaking uncontrollably, would not recommend

it worked great First time I used it, then it slowly started to deteriorate, I don't think I used it three times and the pressure switch quit working So now it doesn't turn off when you let go of the trigger, after that the treasure being made of plastic you can't squeeze it hard enough to get the pressure washer to start up If the line has pressure in it, a third problem They say it's a non kink hose, well be very careful because it kinks very easily .... and then if that wasn't enough the circuit breaker on the end of the plug in would keep on tripping, so I had to have somebody stand there to push the button to turn the machine back on when it tripped, I didn't want to go and do it because I could not let go of the trigger or I would not be able to get the trigger to come back on Anyways the absolute worst part is Vevor return policy, I think they deliberately make it very difficult to send videos and pictures, so that one will just give up the way I did, i'm not a computer expert so why do they make it so difficult to send a video in order to get warranty?

The nozzle broke the second time used it . I was so pissed off that I just trow it in the garbage because I live way up North in James Baie and it would cost me more to send it back then the product

I am so disappointed in this pressure washer. It’s like something that a little child would use. I had no idea that it was gonna be so poor and you can’t put a different handle on it because the hoses are only specific to that pressure wand . When you go to pull the hose, it pulls the whole pressure washer over so you gotta constantly go back-and-forth to keep it upright and that’s only having it for running for a couple of minutes. I’m a tall person and I need a longer wand and that wand is so short you gotta be hunched over. I would need an extra foot on the handle just so it would be comfortable. there’s no way to take it down to the hydraulic shop to get them to put a compression coupling on there for me on the hose so I can replace it with a proper hose and wand.
