Arrived on thursday, first use on Saturday. Not living up to the listing. Runs quiet, works well, but no where near the advertised psi level of 4500 psi. It operates at 1800 to 2000 psi at best. Very disappointed as i had high hopes of a versatile pressure washer with the pressure adjustment. Not enough pressure to even sting my hands on full pressure setting.

no way it makes 4500psi, much weaker than my old Sun Joe. It is good enough though, and they don't accept no fault returns. The soap wand is nice.

There's no place to out the spare tips. Why?

I bought it a few weeks ago. Took me some time to get to use it. When came out of box I noticed the high pressure hose had a kink in it. I didn’t think much about it untill it broke through at the kink and a small pin hole burst through. First use. So maybe the packaging was wrong I’m not sure. But that’s it one use for 100$. I suppose I can purchase a new hose.

At this price it's Not a 4500 psi, pressure adjustement doesn't adjust anything. Its priced and operate like any cheap power washer elsewhere and without a gfci plug found on the cheapest power washer.

Works as it should but seems weak. I sent this question to Support :" The Heading Description states the unit is 2000 PSI and 2.8 GPM. The Product selection choice box states 4200 PSI and 2.8 GPM. The Product Specification states 1450 PSI 1.2 GPM. What is it?" This was the response : " Sorry for all the unpleasant experience you’ve encountered with our product and service. 4500 PSI is the instantaneous pressure; the other parameters are the pressure during normal operation (to extend lifespan)". So I believe this unit has a 1450 PSI 1.2 GPM sustained pressure. When you first pull the trigger you should get a brief 4200 PSI, however the usable pressure is 1450 PSI 1.2 GPM. The unit is very convenient

I bought it to wash my motorcycle. It will work good and then loss power and then it will go back to full power. I am not too happy with that but just for my motorcycle I make it work. I see they have a newer one that's not supported too do that. It was sold-out I wish I would have waited.

The 4500 pressure washer arrived in a reasonable time. I have inspected it and all the parts are accounted for. It is a very noce looking unit and goes together easily. I am satisfied so far, next will be the test as I wash my house siding and deck. Thanks Vevor

Great for small jobs and car washing but not recommended on full size homes, driveways, etc. Not powerful enough for those tough jobs
