Doesn't work as advertised

Bought this with enthusiasm as the add keeps on mentioning that it was a 4500 PSI machine, false advertisement as it barely does 1500 PSI. My old Motomaster pressure washer that is 1800 PSI is stronger than this one! And don’t bother contacting VEVOR for a claim; they just close your ticket without any explanation or excuses. Poor customer service. Don’t buy it; it’s a scam!

Pump broke at about 5.5 months. While I did get a replacement after haggling with customer service by email only, this still a pos. Used the machine two times for a total of 45 min. The second use it cutoff after 10 min and now no longer builds preasure. This is the first Vevor product that has let me down. The refund process is not fun.

I've had mine since 9-2024, and I use it 4-6 times a year. I liked it, and it worked well for light-duty cleaning, but a simple hose replacement became much harder than it should have been. The hose/reel design means that when the hose fails, the entire reel assembly has to be replaced. In my case, the reel twisted the hose internally where I couldn’t see it, and I didn’t catch the problem until the hose failed. The manual doesn’t include replacement part numbers, and I only found the parts page by going through my original order and clicking “Contact Us,” then navigating to customer support/parts. That took a frustrating amount of time. The replacement parts were reasonably priced, which I appreciated. When I install the replacement reel, I won’t use it to store the pressure hose anymore because that appears to be what damaged it. I’d recommend choosing a pressure washer with standard replacement fittings and avoiding this reel/hose design. I attached a photo showing how the hose feeds through the middle of the reel and where the twisting occurred.

Pros: Good pressure, light weight. Cons: Falls over very easy, have to hold machine to unreal hose, no place for extra spray tips.

Bought this for my daughter and son in law. It did not work well at all as it was leaking bad where you attach the hose. My daughter said it was poor quality. Sent videos to Vevor and they offered a refund because of it leaking. Thank you Vevor for doing a refund.

I really wanted to like this pressure washer, and when it works, it does get the job done. However, there are a couple of recurring issues that make it hard to fully recommend. First, the pressure is inconsistent—it’ll start strong but then randomly drop off, which makes it difficult to clean efficiently. I’ve checked all the connections and hoses multiple times, but the problem keeps coming back. Second, the power plug is really touchy. It has a tendency to trip itself or cut out with the slightest movement. I’ve had to reset it more times than I can count during a single job, which gets pretty frustrating. It’s not a complete bust—when it’s working, it does have solid cleaning power—but the reliability just isn’t there. If you’re looking for something dependable and consistent, you might want to keep shopping.

This is not 2000 PSI, maybe 1200 PSI... don't expect to clean your patio with this... even just washing the car, it has a hard time to get the dirt OFF. Same for flow, not 1.76 GPM, maybe 1.2 GPM if comparing with other manufacturers equivalent specs unit. Other than that, it works, and the hose reel is a good option to have, but it would be nice to have some reels for the electrical cord also.

Pinhole on the high pressure hose. This has been my third machine with the same issue!! What can I do to fix my machine.
