I've had mine since 9-2024, and I use it 4-6 times a year. I liked it, and it worked well for light-duty cleaning, but a simple hose replacement became much harder than it should have been. The hose/reel design means that when the hose fails, the entire reel assembly has to be replaced. In my case, the reel twisted the hose internally where I couldn’t see it, and I didn’t catch the problem until the hose failed. The manual doesn’t include replacement part numbers, and I only found the parts page by going through my original order and clicking “Contact Us,” then navigating to customer support/parts. That took a frustrating amount of time. The replacement parts were reasonably priced, which I appreciated. When I install the replacement reel, I won’t use it to store the pressure hose anymore because that appears to be what damaged it. I’d recommend choosing a pressure washer with standard replacement fittings and avoiding this reel/hose design. I attached a photo showing how the hose feeds through the middle of the reel and where the twisting occurred.

Pros: Good pressure, light weight. Cons: Falls over very easy, have to hold machine to unreal hose, no place for extra spray tips.

Bought this for my daughter and son in law. It did not work well at all as it was leaking bad where you attach the hose. My daughter said it was poor quality. Sent videos to Vevor and they offered a refund because of it leaking. Thank you Vevor for doing a refund.

I really wanted to like this pressure washer, and when it works, it does get the job done. However, there are a couple of recurring issues that make it hard to fully recommend. First, the pressure is inconsistent—it’ll start strong but then randomly drop off, which makes it difficult to clean efficiently. I’ve checked all the connections and hoses multiple times, but the problem keeps coming back. Second, the power plug is really touchy. It has a tendency to trip itself or cut out with the slightest movement. I’ve had to reset it more times than I can count during a single job, which gets pretty frustrating. It’s not a complete bust—when it’s working, it does have solid cleaning power—but the reliability just isn’t there. If you’re looking for something dependable and consistent, you might want to keep shopping.

This is not 2000 PSI, maybe 1200 PSI... don't expect to clean your patio with this... even just washing the car, it has a hard time to get the dirt OFF. Same for flow, not 1.76 GPM, maybe 1.2 GPM if comparing with other manufacturers equivalent specs unit. Other than that, it works, and the hose reel is a good option to have, but it would be nice to have some reels for the electrical cord also.

Pinhole on the high pressure hose. This has been my third machine with the same issue!! What can I do to fix my machine.

I would never order this product again first of all the Reel on it is backwards, they never put the hose to the loop now the hose is everywhere flips over all the time…. And word snaps on for the handle keeps coming off. This is pure junk so I’m going to send it back

When it first arrived, it had a leaking hose fitting, Vevor support sent a replacement part which I installed and it worked fine after that. Used a few times last year, weighs about half what my previous greenworks pressure washer did but seemed to work as well. After using for about an hour this year, it stopped automatically shutting off the pump when the sprayer trigger is released, just keeps trying to pump and makes a horrible noise, I assume some kind of pressure switch quit. I’ve been turning the whole thing off at the machine before letting go of the trigger which is a huge pain but usable.

Was disappointed because it said it was 4500 psi. This is only with one specific head. Price is awesome. Quality is average. It will work for small jobs.
