Printer was packaged well, arrived without damage and complete with accessories as advertised. Very easy to assemble and connect to a PC. I recommend upgrading included software to PRO level.

This plotter works great and for the price it's perfect my other plotter cost 2X and is half the size The only downside is the rollers are incredibly Loud not sure if this is normal or not but everything seems to work fine. Also lining up the material is a pain as there are no lines on the back of the machine like other plotters. easy to fix though just add a piece of vinyl once it's perfectly centered to use as a reference

My cutter is awesome! I can’t rave enough about it…you guys did a great job putting this machine together and it’s the reason I will continue to purchase products made by you guys.

I took time in responding to this review. First of all I was not able to assemble the cutter right away and secondly I wanted to know how well it would work. I have it all set up and have cut several images with it and have done most of the calibrations. It has performed beautifully for me so far. Set up was easy and since I have been in this business for 35 years I was very satisfied with every aspect of this purchase. It was delivered in a short period of time and was not damaged. It is a very nice looking cutter and operates like a much more expensive one. It is easy to use and the software is very good. There a lots of YouTube tutorials and the manual is also very helpful. I really am pleased with the unit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice cutter at a great price, Vevor is the place to go. I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to seeing what I can create with it.

I love it! Easy to set up and run. $500 for this or $5000 for a graphtec? I like this one just as good. Also I love the built in light.

I bought this because I was in a jam when my Graphtec broke. Figured it’s nice to have a spare but I would have rather paid 4k to get a spare Graphtec. It only works with its own software so you have to import and vectorize JPGs. It can’t handle anything fairly large. It would cut a large item then either give up or just cut something else entirely. Or overlap images. I wasted more vinyl than the machine cost in a few days. The amount of stress is just not worth it. But a used plotter on marketplace for more but be happy it’s reliable.

I am not sure if the product defect was caused during shipping or if it was a manufacturing defect. However, more importantly, I have not received a response from customer service after contacting them about an exchange. I am planning to request a refund. I am wondering what kind of response I will get when I try to do so.

It is advertised as a printer cutter but there is NO printing possible to me this is false advertising it s. Only a cutter

Bought this plotter out of my own pocket because my previous plotter, customer service took weeks and didn’t resolve my issue. New plotter arrives missing parts. Customer service says 10-15 days to receive replacement part, and that it would be shipped out asap. 10 days later still no part. Sure the plotter is cheap. Pray you don’t have any issues because customer service is actually useless. By the time they respond to you 4 days later you’ll have figured out the current issue and be working on a different problem, or your plotter will totally destroy itself like what happened to me. 0 stars for vevor customer support. I’ve had multiple issues with Multiple products and I have had exactly a 0% resolution rate, I’m so fed up with dealing with their customer support: it’s been WEEKS of back and forth and absolutely nothing. I couldn’t recommend more strongly you avoid buying a plotter from vevor . You WILL have an issue. And customer service will be absolutely useless in resolving it for you. 0 starts. Negative 5 stars if I could. I am beyond fed up with dealing with customer support. Zero help period.
