Hallo, wat een teleurstellende situatie! Mijn apparaat werkt niet en de kwaliteit is ronduit slecht. Bovendien weigert de verkoper mij een retourlabel te verstrekken, terwijl ik recht heb op een kosteloze retourzending als het product defect is. Wanneer ik om een retourlabel vraag, krijg ik te horen dat ik het product zelf moet terugsturen. Ze hebben mij echter niet eens een retouradres gegeven. Ik vind dit een zeer slechte service en ben erg teleurgesteld over de manier waarop dit probleem wordt afgehandeld.

Ordered this camera for a bee removal job. I ordered it in time for it to come in and still have nearly a week before I would actually need it. Contacted Vevor and they gave me a full refund and told me to keep it if it finally did arrive. After the box finally arriving over 2 weeks late, it looked like it had been opened and retaped. Everything on the box clearly said that it was the thermal camera, however, after I opened the box it was NOT the thermal camera that was supposed to be in the box. Instead, it was a cheap socket set that looked like it was from TEMU. The Delivery service (GOFO) that Vevor used was total crap and they should steer clear of using it again.

320*240 model. A very nice piece of equipment and functions well. It is missing some features that other brands have that would be worth paying a bit more for. Firstly there is no shutter/iris or cover for the sensors protection. Putting this in the supplied bag without a hard barrier protecting the sensor is a gamble that you will destroy this. I would have gladly paid more for this feature. You must now hassle a very large 3d printed box (300mm size, I post for free on makerworld) or find some other well-fitting case for the device to protect it. I Would have happily paid a bit more for it to include a box. Ideally both a box and an iris shutter. Save the supplied cardboard box/foam.

Not bad. The display is a little blurry but at this price it is adequate! It has detected cold spots in the walls!!!

You get what you pay for, I just wish it was higher quality as this is not new tech. I use this to check hvac temperature splits and hot water from faucets mainly. I can't charge someone to use this with this level of graphics.

Pour ne pourrais pas recherchez une fuite d'eau avec, elle n'est pas aussi performante que ce qu'elle est vendue, mais très utile pour les déperditions thermique d'une habitation.
