We purchased this fan for our off the grid cabin in Northern NY. We installed it in the 2nd floor loft window. We cut a piece of plexiglass that fit the window opening. Then we cut a hole for the fan. It works great! We definitely noticed a difference in temperature in the loft and house. The motor is quiet. Even on a cloudy day the fan worked well on solar power. We plan to use it in the winter too because the heat from our gas fireplace gets trapped in the loft making it uncomfortably warm.

Great little fan

I use these fans where I have no electricity to keep air flow over my goat in the heat of the day. The only thing I should have done is buy more of the which I've done . Set up was ez .

I've added 4 of these fans to our farm's high tunnels. On our smaller tunnels we installed in the end wall to ventilate warm air from the peak. In our larger high tunnel the fans were mounted inside for air circulation. The thermostats work great and there was enough wiring to extend the solar panels to good locations. The panel frame and fan frame both are heavy guage enough to modify with different backets to attach to the high tunnel frames or mounting posts.

Solid mounting brackets, thermostat works well and is accurate, moves a good amount of air, surprisingly quiet.

Awesome product thinking about buying two more . Easy to assemble and mount. Really moves the air!!!!

I bought 2 of these fans one to pull in cool air and one to push out the hot. The fans replaced one inefficient fan. I love how quiet they are, and even with 2 running, they are much cheaper to operate than the old fan.

I received this in the mail, it was on time, and everything was in the box and in working order. I was able to install this in my attic with the solar panel on the roof in about an hour total. Very easy set up and it works great. My home is cooler on hot days now. I have a very old home with no A/C so this is very helpful. I may possibly buy another one in order to move more hot air out of the attic and the upper floors of my house.

Best solar powered fan I've ever bought.

Picked this up to cool down a shipping container works better than expected!
