I have been using this fan for about a week now. It is quiet and doing what it is intended for. I can only give a 4 star at this time due too the short time.

I was a little concerned when the fan did not arrive on time, but FedEx did finally get it here just before the long weekend hit. The price was good, so was also worried that the product might turn out to be crap. It was not! (So far, at least.) The fan is strong enough and reasonably quiet. If noise was a problem, there is the option to choose a slower of the ten speeds. The bonus feature of this unit, compared to others in the price range, is the humidity/temperature control. I just have to set the humidity and forget about it. It turns on when its needed and off when it's not. As long as it does that consistently and accurately and lasts a few years, then I'm happy.

Works as should kinda louder then I was thinking I figured for this kind of unit it would be better to be more of a silence fan instead of quite a loud fan

This review is for the VEVOR Inline Duct Fan, 8-Inch 807 CFM with Temperature Humidity Controller Purchased in July 2023. This fan works as advertised. It is fairly quiet on the lowest setting (#1) and fairly loud at the highest setting (#10). It was easy to install and basically works right out of the box. The sensor provided seems to be fairly accurate. I installed this to move air from a room that is hard to cool due to poor airflow. I installed this between this room and the kitchen with a stairway to the basement in between. The important part is that it is a total of about 5 feet between the rooms and the fan hangs in the middle with an 8" air duct going into each room. I explain this because the noise levels were surprising to me . Standing in the stairway with the motor, it is EXTREMELY quiet at almost all speed settings. Almost can't hear it at speeds 4 and below. HOWEVER, anything above speed 1 is vey noticeable at the intake and outflow sides. Speed 2 can be heard easily from 10' away and anything above speed 4 is just loud. All that said, continuous running at speed level 1 drops the temperature in my office by about 5 degrees (the difference between 80 and 75 is a LOT to me). If temps build up too high, I can increase the fan speed for a few minutes and then back it down. Overall, it is working well for my application, but I wish the fan was designed for lower noise.

La sonde ne donne pas l'information correcte, j'ai installé un thermomètre qui m'indique des valeurs complètement différentes.
