It arrived safe and fast !! It says 34DB in the description , but unfortunately it is way noiser than that. I bought the AC model . Not sure if the EC model would have been quitter?? Falsely advertised and would not recommend this if you need total silence. Now I have to buy insulation to go around this fan so I don't hear it. To all you in other reviews said it was not noisy , you were dead wrong!!!

already blown a fuse or capaciter inside and wont work anymore but worked really good before it stopped out of knowhere

The fan has arrived and it works when plugged in. I did note however that this fan had been used before because there is dust buildup in the housing and on the edges of the propeller blades and also the blade is slightly pitted and rusting. Unfortunately, none of the extras advertised were included so no stainless steel clamps, hang-up slings, and non-vibration rubber mats and straps. Overall, a disappointing first experience of using this company.

Envoyer un modèle moins performant et moins cher, puis refuser d’assumer, relève de pratiques trompeuses. En regardant les avis, je ne suis clairement pas un cas isolé : problèmes de retours, mauvaise foi, refus de reconnaître leurs erreurs. Si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre temps, votre argent et devoir vous battre pour faire valoir vos droits, passez votre chemin. Entreprise non fiable, méthodes douteuses, expérience client déplorable.

DO NOT BUY. I purchased the 8 inch fan because the description says Quiet AC-motor. The advertisement states 38 db. It is actually over 80 db even at medium or low power. See my photo. IT IS VERY LOUD. VEVOR, please issue me a full refund and do not offer me $20 back as a suitable solution when your product is not as advertised. DO NOY BUY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased this fan for use in my greenhouse, and was initially very happy with it, but within a week of it being installed, the controller and temperature sensor stopped working. I have tried repeatedly to get any resolution from VEVOR either via replacement parts of a refund, so far to no avail. It has been over two weeks with no real response from the technical department, and no resolution. I just keep getting automated messages that someone is maybe looking into it and might get back to me someday. VEVOR apparently does not have any customer service phone number and there is no way to talk directly to their technical department via phone, email or chat. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I will certainly avoid purchasing from VEVOR in the future.
