For the price these move a good amount of air. I mounted two of them in my shop to get some air flow and they work pretty well. HOWEVER, the pull cord from one of them came right out of the fan yesterday and it is now stuck on low. To turn it on and off I have to physically unplug it from the outlet now. Disappointed.

The brackets and fans seem like sturdy metal but the fan speed is a bit weak for this Texas summer ☀️

Se compraron 4 paquetes de dos unidades de 18 pulgadas , en poco tiempo fallaron dos , no se cual es el procedimiento para que me cambien los que fallaron o tengo que esperar antes que se acabe la garantía por si fallan los demas. Espero su respuesta

I bought this over a month ago. It took longer than expected to get here but once it was here I installed it. the instructions were limited on how to put it together but after a few mistakes I was able to get the misters on correctly and then install it outside. The unit worked for a few days and then the left to right swing motion stopped working. I contacted their support via email and 2 days later they asked me to troubleshoot the unit first by checking a screw and then by taking the motor cover off to check internally. Once that was done and I could not fix it myself the only offer I received was for them to ship me a new motor assembly and re-assemble the unit and test it out. When it worked I loved it trying to get one that keeps working is a hassle. Instead of sending a whole new unit I had to try and fix their defective unit before they would do any type of replacement to fix the problem. I bought this for a good price but I have paid more in time and effort on my part to make it actually work as advertised. Buyer beware with this company

I got my fan a month ago and it worked great but the last week it has been shutting off on its own and not starting back up without jiggling or moving it! I bought another 2 weeks after and it seems to be running ok!

I gave a 2 star for the looks and style but the preforming part is pretty bad I keep it on the high setting if I didn't u couldn't feel it if u get the motor putting out rpm like it should it would be a awesome fan but my Dollar Store fan puts out better sorry but giving my honest opinion

Another product in my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service and they never responded. Talked to an agent and they kept telling me that they emailed me and they have escalated the issue but I never received an email. Have yet to get a resolution. The agent keeps sending me screenshots of emails she said they are sending me but removes header (does not display the email it was sent from, email sent to and date and time). I have checked all my folders and those emails have not been received. This company is a scam save your money. They will not provide support for their products.

Had to get my payment returned. My package was never received. Lost in mail system!? ... Who knows...

Online this said it had a fully enclosed motor which is NOT the case. I have reached out to return them and it has been 4 days with no response. I'm not impressed with this company so far.
