For the price these move a good amount of air. I mounted two of them in my shop to get some air flow and they work pretty well. HOWEVER, the pull cord from one of them came right out of the fan yesterday and it is now stuck on low. To turn it on and off I have to physically unplug it from the outlet now. Disappointed.

Bought the fan for my home gym. I like the look and it blows air. Installation was kind of a hassle. The instructions are pretty useless. You’ll figure it out if you’re smart enough. Keep in mind there are NO SCREWS or drywall anchors included. The only thing they include are 3 concrete screws which are useless if you’re going into drywall or a stud. Good luck figuring out what size hole to drill into your concrete. The instructions don’t even say. Are you supposed to just guess? I just wanted to mount the fan to studs but I had to take a trip to the hardware store to buy some lag screws to mount the bracket to the wall. There is nothing in the instructions except “Mount the L bracket to the wall.” That’s it!

I bought this over a month ago. It took longer than expected to get here but once it was here I installed it. the instructions were limited on how to put it together but after a few mistakes I was able to get the misters on correctly and then install it outside. The unit worked for a few days and then the left to right swing motion stopped working. I contacted their support via email and 2 days later they asked me to troubleshoot the unit first by checking a screw and then by taking the motor cover off to check internally. Once that was done and I could not fix it myself the only offer I received was for them to ship me a new motor assembly and re-assemble the unit and test it out. When it worked I loved it trying to get one that keeps working is a hassle. Instead of sending a whole new unit I had to try and fix their defective unit before they would do any type of replacement to fix the problem. I bought this for a good price but I have paid more in time and effort on my part to make it actually work as advertised. Buyer beware with this company

I got my fan a month ago and it worked great but the last week it has been shutting off on its own and not starting back up without jiggling or moving it! I bought another 2 weeks after and it seems to be running ok!

I gave a 2 star for the looks and style but the preforming part is pretty bad I keep it on the high setting if I didn't u couldn't feel it if u get the motor putting out rpm like it should it would be a awesome fan but my Dollar Store fan puts out better sorry but giving my honest opinion

Online this said it had a fully enclosed motor which is NOT the case. I have reached out to return them and it has been 4 days with no response. I'm not impressed with this company so far.

The remote control on fan doesn't work 😕😞

I ordered this item from this company. And I have been in a shipping, hail with them for the past 2 months. I finally got a refund today. They shipped the item to whoever has never showed up. I would never never do business with them again every time I buy something they ship it somewhere else, they don't listen to you. Their customer service sucks and treats you like s*** and patronize you .

Cheaply made! Can not get a hold of anyone to return the item! very unhappy!!!!!!
