We have a couple of the older 18 inch fans that we have out by a pool and they have worked great and they put out a lot of air but they are noisy I will say that this 20-in fan is much quieter but even on high I'm not sure that it moves as much air as the older 18 in fans on low plus when it's about 100° and the back is exposed to the Sun for about 20 minutes in will thermal shutdown, I was able to attach a heat sink and it keeps it from thermal shutting down, and support did contact me and offered to refund, but since the heatsink worked I didn't return it and they gave me a credit.

I'm using it on my front porch for the summer time heat. Much less expensive than an overhead fan. Mounts easily. So far so good

Fan is great. The angle bracket had to be flipped upside down to allow the fan to rotate 360 degrees.

This fan has been a life saver for my horse. She recently stopped sweating which is extremely dangerous especially living in Florida with temps near 100°. The mist is fine enough to cool her down and not flood the stall. Within 5 minutes, the temp in her stall had dropped several degrees.

Sinon installation facile sur un mur plein, dans mon cas dans le foodtruck sur les parois, j'ai du mettre un renfort car son poids risquait d'endommager ma paroi. Dans l'espace restreint du foodtruck, il ventile très fort en niveau 1, dans une pièce plus grande il sera tout aussi bien et les vitesses 2 et 3 pourront être utilisées plus facilement.

Bought this fan for our new backyard patio a few weeks ago. Assembly is easy. The fan is heavy, so it needs to be attached to something strong such as wall studs. I would not trust just attaching it to the house's siding unless you may use bolts with wings that expand behind the wall for the two holes that don't line up with a stud (he mounting bracket is triangular, so it all three of the attachment holes won't line up with a stud). In my case, I had the siding and underlayment removed anyway for a window install that I was doing so was able to sandwich a 4x4 on each side of a wall stud using lag bolts so it is super strong. The fan puts out lots of air and we don't need to use the highest speed option. Haven't connected the water spray stuff yet though we might do that soon since its almost 100 every day right now. Buy this fan-its great and the price is very reasonabe.
