This fan was purchased for our patio. Installation was easy. Fan operates well and the display is a nice feature. Two remotes came with the fan and makes it nice so you can oscillate the fan if desired or stop it to cool you down.

So far I am very happy with the fan. It seems to be built well. The motor is heavy duty. The controls are easy to use. For the price you really can't beat it for a 20" fan with the mount, timer/temp/oscillation control pad, remote, and misting system all included!

Beat the heat with this heat slaying beast! Easy install! 3 speeds! Oscillation! And a mister! This thing is built right heavy duty! Summer dont have a chance! Go getcha one!

Customer service, quality and price, excellent. Super Fast delivery. I always by from vevor and always satisfied

Fan has been installed for about three weeks now. I am very pleased with the quality and performance. I will probably buy 2 more of the 18 inch models to place in other locations.

I would have give a 5 + had hadn’t been for the cheap screw that holds the fan blade. However recommended this screw should be fired. Took me at least half an hour to remove it and I have all kinds of tools. Needless to add that I changed it for another one that can be screwed without having to spend half an hour. Almost tempted on returning the fan but I could tell that it was a good one which is the case.

Great value, excellent build quality and features. Slight modification of bracket tube needed to reverse mount wall mount. Added misting shut off valve. Would definitely buy again.

Appears to be good quality. Was hoping it’d be a little more cable length between the fan and the controller. Checking for options now

I bought this over a month ago. It took longer than expected to get here but once it was here I installed it. the instructions were limited on how to put it together but after a few mistakes I was able to get the misters on correctly and then install it outside. The unit worked for a few days and then the left to right swing motion stopped working. I contacted their support via email and 2 days later they asked me to troubleshoot the unit first by checking a screw and then by taking the motor cover off to check internally. Once that was done and I could not fix it myself the only offer I received was for them to ship me a new motor assembly and re-assemble the unit and test it out. When it worked I loved it trying to get one that keeps working is a hassle. Instead of sending a whole new unit I had to try and fix their defective unit before they would do any type of replacement to fix the problem. I bought this for a good price but I have paid more in time and effort on my part to make it actually work as advertised. Buyer beware with this company

The remote control on fan doesn't work 😕😞
