Have the fan and controller installed, the fan goes off and on all the time! Not happy with it!

The fan would not work. The blades touched the frame. Had to bend each blade to make it work. May be a little imbalanced.

I purchased this fan ro cool my attic space. After installing correctly the controller interface does not power up so it's basically an over priced fan with no thermostat. I opened a ticket and included a video as required. I've only gotten automated messages saying that the case will be considered closed in 24 hours if I don't respond, but every time I respond I get the same message. It seems the infinite loop is standard procedure. I've asked for a replacement to no availe but will now be contesting the CC charges. Not happy or cool here!!!

Fan works well, but the shutters do not open and close on their own . The fan is installed at the top of a building and the shutters will not close unless you go in manually do it. I highly recommend not purchasing if it’s not accessible.. If the shutters worked as described, it would be a five star purchase. also, the adjustment cable should be much longer since it’s intended use is to ventilate buildings, and the best location is highest point of a building .

This showed up and doesnt work at all. It is cheap junk! Reached out to customer service and when actually talking to someone they tell me that I will receive an email back about this in 1-2 business days instead of just giving me a refund and return shipping label. What a terrible service and product!

Can program, no customer support

This fan doesn’t move as much air as you would think. It is so weak it won’t even open up the shutters all the way. The shutters also won’t close on their own either. Pretty weak of a excuse for fan.

Never received this item. UPS lost it and had to be issued a refund. Fortunately Vevor was quick to communicate and confirm it was lost and issued a refund. Will order again in hopes it’ll get to me

The fan stopped working the 2nd week of using it
