Vevor customer service sucks I will never purchase another item from these idiots. The stuff is garbage. All their stuff is garbage.

This 1" PEX comes in a VERY tightly coiled 3ft diameter roll and takes more than 70lbs of force to make it straight. I installed clamps every 3ft to mostly force it straight, but it eventually kinked under its own force and ripped a hole in the pipe. It's literally coiled too tightly to use. Even with clamps every 3ft it bounced back and caused a kink and damaged itself. Spend a bit more money on a different brand with a larger coil. This once isn't usable, it's too stiff and will damage itself.

Run away from vevor. It's china junk meant for Europe

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend it to anybody. We are still trying to get a refund. All they do is say more pictures and talk to the same person. I have purchase several items form Vevor and I recently purchased a hammer drill. It drilled 2 holes and died. They have given me the biggest run around in an attempt to fraud me out of my money and/or product. I am using this review as one of many avenue to tell people to avoid this scamming Chinese company. Go elsewhere to purchase anything. They are crooks and only care about stealing your money. I have been over a week trying to get a simple resolution. I have sent videos, in which they requested, and then they say.... give us 48 to 72 hours to send it to another department. They are SCAMMERS period! Avoid at all cost and tell your friends.
