This product does what it is advertised to do. Unfortunately, the instructions are vague. Through trial and error, I've found my best way to clean vinyl with this machine. Here are my instructions: 1. Assemble the drying rack. 2 lower in the center, and 2 upper towards the outside edges. Do this first because you need to adjust it to the size of a 12" vinyl. It's easier to do this beforehand, rather than when you have a dripping wet vinyl. 2. Add 20 drops of Groove Washer  G•Sonic Ultrasonic Concentrate to 2 gallons of distilled water (10 drops per gallon). 3. After assembling the vinyl spinner we will call it the spindle), lay it on its back so the spindle is pointing upwards. Place 4 plastic mounting plates on the spindle. Place your vinyl on the spindle. Place the last plastic mounting plate on the spindle. Place the plastic mounting ring on the spindle. Finally, thread the locking nut onto the spindle and tighten until vinyl is secure. Once secure, leave this assembly alone until after prepping the ultrasonic cleaner. NOTE: when loading multiple vinyl at once, place them in between the other plastic mounting plates. 4. Pour 1 gallon of cleaning solution into the basin. Plug it in and flip the switch on the back of the ultrasonic cleaner. Turn your heating dial to 20-25 Celsius. 5. Plug in the spindle. The vinyl should start spinning. Holding the motor of the spindle, lower the vinyl into the cleaning solution and hook the motor onto the side of the basin. NOTE: always submerge and/or remove the vinyl from the solution while it is still spinning to avoid excess cleaning solution from dripping and seeping under the plastic mounting plate, saturating the vinyl lable. 6. Once the spindle is hooked to the side of the basin and the vinyl is spinning in the cleaning solution, carefully pour additional cleaning solution into the basin to submerge any remaining grooves. 7. This is a very nice Ultrasonic Cleaner. The only small inconvinient, is the buttons on the front pannel. They sometimes need to be pressed very hard and repetively in order to have them work. But once set to the desired temperature and time, it works very well and I do appreciate the temperature control. It really cleans like it should.

This works quite well. My primary use is maintaining scuba equipment and minor household items. Only complaint is the heating element takes some time to bring the water up to temperature. Easy fix is to preheat the water to just below the temperature you want and let the element make the final adjustments. I had a different brand that heated up faster but really this is a very minor concern.

Utilisation aisée et intuitive. Fonctionnement ok,néanmoins il ne faut pas non plus s'attendre à des miracles comme sur les vidéos de promotion.

I received in good condition, but have not had the opportunity to turn it on yet. Once I get some projects on the go, it will get a full workout.

Put this right to work on some projects I'm working on. Seems to work well. Kind of sad that it only does 30 minutes at a time, but no big deal I guess.

The unit functions as expected. Very fast shipping. It was packaged well. Tech support was more difficult than it needed to be.

Just working out what cleaning solutions work best for what I am trying to clean, but wow it buzzes quite loudly ! quite a metalic vibration, not the insert tray, it buzzes with solution bucket out too... should it ?

Thot it would be bigger. But it did what I wanted it to do barely. Good product said 15L should be 3.96 us gallon. Not quite 3 gallon to fill full. But then you have to fill to line to have room for you part to fit so you have no over flow. Barely got my parts in it. Did an amazing job cleaning. Pretty happy with it.
