The element clicks loudly when heating up. It clicks continually because the press has to keep heating up when you are using it. It's very annoying.

The machine has consistently failed to heat correctly, causing substantial issues in the transfer process. Specifically, it does not reach the necessary temperature, and this malfunction has resulted in the stickers not melting as expected and, in some cases, causing damage to the material by turning it yellow. I have previously requested a return and refund multiple times, but I have only received responses directing me to wait or suggesting I check the compatibility of materials. However, the issue here is not with the materials but with the machine’s faulty performance. Compré una máquina 5 en 1 en la web oficial y ha sido una experiencia nefasta. La máquina llegó completamente descuadrada, con la base torcida y tornillos pasados de rosca que son imposibles de ajustar por el propio diseño del brazo. Es un producto que no ha pasado ningún control de calidad básico. Lo peor es el servicio de atención al cliente: abrí un ticket de reclamación y, tras varios días, solo recibo respuestas automáticas prometiendo soluciones que nunca llegan. He tenido que comprar otra máquina en otro sitio para no paralizar mi trabajo y he procedido a reclamar el dinero a través de mi entidad bancaria por incumplimiento de garantía. No recomiendo comprar aquí si esperas un producto profesional o un soporte mínimo ante fallos de fábrica. Una decepción absoluta.

My experience with this product from Vevor has been nothing short of terrible. The press arrived damaged, so I filed a complaint. I was informed that my claim was approved and that they would send me the broken replacement part. Instead of the required teflon sleeve, they sent me four random screws. This feels like a very bad purchase and honestly like a tasteless joke at the customer’s expense. NEVER AGAIN. And I strongly recommend others to AVOID this seller as well.

Compré la planchadora a mediados de diciembre del 2025 y por razones de viaje lo abrí en febrero del 2026. El problema es que la temperatura no sube. Llevo 3 días intentando que me den soporte técnico y nada. Es una vergüenza que no te puedan dar soporte técnico. Tengo pedidos de sublimación y no puedo realizarlo. Le doy una valoración de cero. Tener cuidado al comprar esta marca, soporte técnico NADA. Empieza con 17 grados y se queda en 18 grados. Lo probé con los otros accesorios y nada. Es una vergüenza que no te puedan dar un soporte técnico.

The heat press is advertised as 12”×15”. After opening and measuring it, the actual pressing area is approximately 16 mm shorter (around half an inch). Because of this, I’m unable to print my design at the advertised size and will need to either alter the design or purchase another heat press from a company that accurately advertises its dimensions. Utterly disappointing especially after having prints already made to fit the press.

Machine arrived broken due to bad transportation. Made a claim and only one repair piece was sent (bottom plastic), meaning machine does not work because other pieces were broken and still nor replaced. Machine cannot work because structure has vertical axel bended. Bad service, not happy.

I don’t like how it comes uneven, the product was ripped already. The instruction don’t make sense. It’s not like how the YouTube videos are. I’m very disappointed

This is a poor quality product. There are a lot of options, but it doesn't do anything well. It might be okay for the occasional heat press once a week or so, but anything more than that, and the design is just rubbish. It swings away, but the top plate doesn't lift up enough to clear the shirt before and after you press. If you set the lower plate low enough to have enough clearance, then you won't have the right pressure when you go to press. The only option is to keep readjusting the base or the top before and after every press. If you're doing one shirt, that might be okay, but if you're doing 20, you'll go mad. The build quality is garbage. Out of the box, my unit had a lower plate that is not level. It stays tilted no matter what you do. And now, about 3 months into owning it, the collar that holds the lower plate has cracked on the back, which means there is no pressure when I press, because the lower plate just bends down. I have contacted support, and been offered a replacement lower collar, but the poor design remains. It is a plastic part for a high stress part which I feel will fail again very soon. Add that to the fact that despite the machine being unusable for a week, the replacement part will be shipped after 10 days. At this point, I would be happy just returning this piece of garbage, and putting my money into a better product.
