Best price for a good product

Very good option & price point for these hidden fasteners verses trex brand. I would highly recommend this product, to anyone for composite decking installation. The only thing that should have been offered would be the small metal fasteners for first board and last board. That being said great product for the price.

I purchased this product twice to install my UltraDeck material, 20' x 20'. The PP plastic would seem to be the same material as the product endorsed by the manufacturers that promote Trex and UltraDeck and others that use this style of fastener although the design is slightly different, one "leg" vs. two. My concern is with the screw head. In my opinion the machining of the inter portion where the driver-bit sits is not consistent. When installing these screws you soon learn to start slowly and stay slow. I would set the driver-bit into the screw-head and ensure it was seated properly and then engage the power driver (drill) . Nearly 15% of these screws would start "stripping" right away. I carefully backed the screw out and started with a new one. But in a few cases I had to cut the screw off or remove with a pliers. The screw is a light alloy material and very unforgiving! Despite this issue, cost was the factor, 10 cents each for these versus 30 cents for the other. For a homeowner these are fine but no-way as contractor would I take a chance on these.

Clips seemed to spread as screws were tightened. Screw heads stripped easily, then were difficult to get out. Worked, but struggled keeping gaps correct. Found a better product from a different company at nearly the same price.

The screws come about halfway screwed into the plastic tee. In order to position the fastener over the joist with 2 boards in place, the screw needs to be backed out so it is flush with the bottom of the tee. It takes a few seconds to unscrew the screw but before it is backed out enough to slide, the threads in the tee have stopped and the screw falls out. What was a brief, one handed operation with the Trex fasteners has now become an unwieldy, time consuming process, increasing the installation time by several times.

Too thick for the groove on trex brand decking

I ordered the item.It was lost in shipping I cancelled the order and was issued a return.I received my order 7/8/26 I would like to return

For some tracks models they’re way too thick and even hitting them in with a hammer won’t work. I would like my money back.

I thought these clips would make deck installation easier and faster. I was wrong, almost 20 % were loaded backwards, What that meant was my guys installed them upside down, if they didn't catch it right away we had to uninstall several rows. This meant many clips were damaged, negating the cost savings and actually taking more labor. I was so unhappy with the product that we removed what had been installed and used another brand. A complete waste of money.

Screws are pre set way to far into the clip making it difficult to get the clip set and the plastic is way too soft causing the screws to be easily overdriven.
