Reseñas de clientes para Árbol para gatos VEVOR para interiores, torre de 160 cm con 2 compartimentos, poste rascador de sisal, hamaca, percha superior, plataformas de salto, centro de actividades grande con bola colgante, gris oscuro

This thing is awesome! Other than FedX delivering to the wrong address, the cat tree was received well packaged. It went together really easily and only took about twenty minutes. The cat is already checking it out and using the scratch polls. Another great product from Vevor.

I bought this cat house for my fat guy and my mom’s baby and it is absolutely PERFECT for both of them!! It was super easy to install and it’s a great size for the baby and my chonky boy

Excellent price, well constructed, easy to assemble! Thanks.

takes very little time to assemble and instructions are perfect and it is very sturdy our new kitten took to it immediately

Fantastic climbing tree, great size and just as described. Highly recommend, very happy crew of felines!! .

Estupendo y fuerte

I bought this for my GrandCats. They are big boys ~ 20ish pounds. They have loved it since the box was opened! One cat never climbs and has never used a tree before because they couldn't find anything sturdy enough for him to feel safe. He is ALWAYS on one of the top beds with this cat tower! This tower does take up a lot of space but totally worth it. I'm going to be buying one for myself now.

My kitten absolutely loves his new cat tree. Excellent quality. Very easy to assemble and easy understanding instructions. Love purchasing from VEVOR.

It is amazing very sturdy my cats are very happy easy set up great all around very nice everything thanks!

This Cat tower is fantastic! (something I thought I'd never say in my late 40's) It was very easy to assemble, and so far, my cat(s) love it. (Yes, cats is plural, yet another thing I never thought I'd have in my late 40's) The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars, however, was the process of getting it here. I understand that some things are out of our control, and Mother Nature can disrupt this process, which I'm more than understanding of. It appeared, however, that my package was misplaced in a warehouse somewhere, as the "status" didn't change for nearly seven days (when I tracked it). When I reached out to customer service, although very lovely, their explanation was vanilla and came off as a cookie-cutter response, as if they were talking down to me. Then it felt like I should be okay with their answer. When I pressed them further, the only suggestion they had was to issue a refund, which I did not want to do. In the end, it did show up, but it took a little over two weeks. I was told that I would get a $20.00 refund for my troubles. I have not seen the refund yet, so I'm not hopeful it will happen. It ultimately seemed like their employees were not very knowledgeable, so if there is any takeaway here, I would spend some time working on problem-resolution tactics with your support staff. Other than that, the tower is a hit!
