Dean Ke Very hard to push on lawn
Very hard to push on lawn even just cut grass shortly. It works fine on driveway. I think tow type could be better.

Forge Poor grass/leaf design
While the product does pick up the leaves, the bag continually falls off and the rods which hold the bag in place fall off constantly. Very aggravating. Further the rubber ends on the rods are not secure and I have already lost two of the four ends on first use of the product.
Not happy with this product at all.

Hard to push and not very effective.
I bought this for leaves, but mostly for help cleaning up after my dogs. It works ok and picks up some leaves and small sticks. It shoots more out the front than it picks up though. It's also really hard to push. I made one pass across my small yard then set it aside and just used my rake. It's also a pain to empty it. The rods fall out of the sleeves and there is no support for the sides. I will not be recommending this to anyone and will probably just toss it.

DB*** No customer Service
We really want to use the product but the customer service has been horrible. We are trying to get the missing hardware and we continue to be told someone will contact us in 24hrs and 72hrs. You have no one to call and only able to email. Because of this I will never recommend or purchase another product from this company. I can only imagine how long a refund might take.

collinktm Not for unleveled yards
Really unhappy with this purchase. If your yard isn’t super level the bristles catch the high spots and make it hard to keep sweeping. Raising it higher is an option but it collects much less when I do for my yard. Very disappointed
