Reseñas de clientes para VEVOR Barredora de Césped 198 L Cortacésped Manual con Bolsa recolectora Ancho de Barrido 66 cm Cepillo Giratorio Altura Ajustable Ruedas 25,4 cm para Césped Hojas de Jardín Escombros Secos

I had purchased two Vevor lawn Sweepers both had the same problem the wheels would not turn. I contacted your customer service team sent them a video of the problem and was told that I offered to destroy the product and submit pictures of the destruction of the product. I was unsure if the customer service team would be satisfied with the fact I destroyed the product properly and that would leave me with a broken product and no refund so I reluctantly decided to try to fix the product on my own. I am not sure going forward if the product will perform or not but I feel I was left with little choice due to the fact that I might satisfy the product destruction requirement. I will not be purchasing any more of your products . Recently the customer service team has reached out and apologized for my inconvenience and they have graciously refunded my purchase price and allowed me to get rid of the product at my own discretion. Thank you for your understanding and I will consider Vevor products for future purchases.

I would give this item ZERO stars if it was an option! We have southern turf (similar to astroturf)in our backyard as we have 15 dachshunds. Product arrived in a timely manner and so I put it to the test! This sweeper is very difficult to push around the yard which I thought this would not be an issue since of our flat lawn with fake grass! It is supposed to pick up leaves, twigs, nuts and DOG POOP. I found most items I was attempting to sweep up would be propelled forward in my lawn rather than into the basket behind it. To push this sweeper, it is an actual workout as it doesn't push well at all! I need to use both hands and my waist to push this around the yard! Turning is also difficult and I basically have to lift it up on to one side to turn the darn thing! We ordered an extra brush set. My husband put this on and there was no difference in how this sweeper performed! We thought this would be an easier way to get our backyard picked up. NOT! Dog poop flies forward as well! I don't think this sweeper lives up to what it is supposed to do at all! We own a lawn vacuum which is electric and we thought this sweeper would be an easier item for me to handle. WRONG! I have tried to use this sweeper on multiple occasions with the same problem. I finally put it away and brought out my electric lawn vacuum and had my lawn cleaned up, including dog poop, acorns and twigs in a short period of time. I would like a refund on this product as it is not what it is advertised to do, especially on my nice, flat, astroturf lawn! Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen including the extra sweeper brushes I purchased. Thanks...

You might want to find something better than this. Doesnt hold up its value very well. Bought this item earlier this spring. Used this three times. The first time, the netting started to tear at one of the corners. Second use, one of the end pieces that hold the netting on rod fell off. I never been able to find it. Now this time after third use, two other end pieces fell off so the netting can no longer stay in place causing basket to drop and lose just about everything i swept up. Whoever thought using cheap plastic pieces would hold together, needs to come up something better.

Would not recommend this product. The unit works decently but the catcher basket is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. When I got it I should have returned it right away. Very cheap and does not stay attached. First use a small black end off the holding rod went missing and now is almost completely useless. The fabric straps will certainly degraded in the went and dirt. I don't believe they will last.

Missing a gray part. Should have 2. Can you send out 1? It is a gray bracket, can't put it together without it.-

Decent clean up. Terrible quality.

achetée il y a environ 1 an mais revendue car plus besoin assez lourde donc pas toujours évident pour la manipulation idéal pour terrain plat ça se complique s'il y a quelques bosses ou petites cavités

Brushes damaged upon arrival. It works

This doesn't work quite as well as advertised. It will do grass clippings and leaves if they are resting on top of the lawn. If that are in the grass at all it has trouble sweeping things up. Sticks have to literally be laid out like in the advertisement video or it won't pick them up. It does really well with dog poop right after the snow melts and it's sitting on top of the grass, but not so good at picking it up throughout the summer. It will be mostly a leaf gather and spring cleanup tool. Not a weekly use sort of thing

Overall, I am happy with the lawn sweeper, but I wish it would pick up more have to walk over stuff two or three times, I do love the left-out hopper bag but wish it was easy to put back. Also, wish the brushed would keep moving when to the wheels stop.
