Just got this put together. Instructions aren't super clear, but I was able to figure it out. Works great but if I go too fast I get pelted with pine cones. Needs some kind of mesh cover for the hopper. Also, when I asked the chat customer service the Ai forwarded me to an agent. The agent sent me instantly to their email team. So not helpful at all. Lost a star for the lack of hopper cover design and one star for customer service. Otherwise I do recommend the sweeper.

The quality of the Sweeper is not great. Feels cheap to the touch. The device to lock the height constantly comes undone causing you to have to stop mid push frequently. Also, if your lawn isn't flat with no bumps DO NOT PURCHASE. This makes it extremely difficult to push and often miss the grass blades because the surface is uneven. Very disappointed in how much I paid for the quality in this item. Im looking to GIVE AWAY for free this tool.

Received this item with damage to box Opened the package and there was a hole in the collection bag on the bottom of the bag. Have asked for a replacement and this co.pany asks for all types of information. They should already know the order number. I have waited patiently and still ..no replacement. Because of this, I will not be buying anything from them again. I will simply put duct tape on the bottom of the bag....but definitely should not have to

I wish the brushes was metal and not plastic. Get stuck on grass

Does not work as easy as advertised very difficult to use

It's fine for home use. If the leaves are wet or thick at all it doesn't pick them all up. It's not really ideal for large jobs. I use it at home, and my daughter can push it with no problem, so it's a good product, but it wasn't really ideal for use on large projects. If the brush is all the way down it gets pretty hard to push, but even then it doesn't get everything. It's a good residential product, but the add made it seem as if it could stand up to larger, more demanding projects.

Didn’t come with instructions for assembly….Im not a man so I read instructions. Once I figured out how to put it together it is poorly made and comes apart. I would like to return but have not been able to thus far because the website makes you jump through many hoops and you never get to speak with a person. Do not buy from this website.

Lawn sweeper is a little tough to push if you do not have a perfectly smooth lawn. If your lawn is bumpy it likes to stop forward progress. Other than that once you get adjusted to the right height it works as described. Maybe softer bristles would make it easier to use when brand new. Time will tell.

The product is a great idea. but not as good or easy to use as all the ads I've seen. it doesn't pick up every leaf only certain ones. and if your lawn is not flat but is uneven with holes and divots it can be extremely hard to use. but it does pick up most of the debris. so I would say buy with caution. Cause it works but not as advertised.

The concept is superb and I was eager to use. I have a 30' pine tree and it drops lots of small pinecones. At 70 it is getting harder for me to pick them up off my lawn. Sadly this does not pick most of them up. I have to go over an area multiple times and still find I am bending down to pick up the stragglers. I am "playing" with the settings and hope that with use it will become more effective. This fall I will try it with the leaves in my front yard and hope it is more effective than with pinecones.
