I bought this in June so I could build fence on my 800-acre ranch. Fire season came and I wasn't able to use it until now. This is an absolute piece of garbage. The pull rope came out about 4 inches, and the motor made a metal-on-metal grinding noise and now the motor appears to be seized solid. As you can see from the attached photo the pull rope does not come out even with the weight of the motor. The motor never even fired. Obviously, no testing was done to ensure quality of this motor. I have bought several items from Vevor in the past, but this might be my last purchase from them. I will be telling everyone I know what a piece of garbage this is. Now we will see how truthful their warranty is. They might have just lost a customer. Update: vevor customer service sent a new one as soon as I sent them proof of the return shipping. I received a new one about two weeks later. The new one works great. I have used it to drill 8 6" holes and it worked well.

The quality is terrible , it didn’t even last a year, the pull starter cord fell apart, I wish i could leave half a star, Even though i tried to contact customer service , They said there is no after sale service ,

The Vevor gas powered post hole digger was never received. Ordered on October 11, 2026. This is October 26, 2026. Spoke to them last week and still have no shipping label. It has not arrived but as of today they want a review of the product. Cannot give a review if you never receive the product. I would NOT recommend this company.

Junk. The shear pin within the auger to head assembly snapped on the first hole. It took weeks for Vevor email support(because they don't have phone support) to conclude that its a manufacturing defect and to receive a full refund. They tried to convince me for two weeks to keep the broken machine and give me a partial refund. What is someone supposed to do with a broken machine. Customer Service is a nightmare to deal with.

I used it twice with no issue but the third time I used it, it started spinning out of control. I could not stop it. It was very dangerous situation because it was spinning faster and faster until the motor finally gave out. I will never buy again because it was proven to be too dangerous. Very disappointed in the tool.

Someone forgot to include the bolts and nuts to attach the arms to the unit. 🙃😡😡

Hey I bought this post hole digger and the 1st time I used it it broke so this is not good solid material at all
