I get box it look closed and taped but where is handle it was tare off. When I open it it was parts all over it and can’t put it together.

Good if you’re digging in soft material like sand. Any material with rocks or compaction and it’s useless

The machine works well, but the starter is of very poor quality; it broke and I had to buy another one.

The throttle seems to be sticking or needs adjusting. It starts drilling as soon as it is started. Makes it a little difficult using it. Also wish i could have ordered the model with the two different aiger sizes and two extentions. It also took much lo ger for delivery tan expected

Unit works fine in soft soils. Watch out for roots, will rip the unit from your hands. User manual is very poor, with stuff like when to change engine oil in a 2 stroke engine. Spend a few minutes and you could write a manual that makes sense.

Very slow delivery, i wanted to return they made it very hard to return wanted me to take a discount and keep it, I did not want to do this but ended up taking discount and keeping it. Disappointed vevor would not honor what I wanted.

Seem to be good quality. I put it together easily. Haven't been able to use it yet because it arrived with missing screws and nuts that I haven't been able to find at a local hardware

Took about a million pulls to start each time. So much so that the pull cable broke and after taking it out and fixing it twice it keeps getting screwed up because the plastic has worn out from how many times I’ve pulled the cord to start it three times

Can’t beat the price, but you also get what you pay for. Mine came with the engine froze up enough that the pull cord was unable to turn the engine over. I was able to remove the pull stay mechanism and turn the motor with a ratchet to get it unstuck, but that isn’t really something you should have to do on a brand new machine. In addition, my on/off switch does not function at all. Finally, it would be nice if it came long enough to burry posts beneath the frost line, especially since Vevor does not sell extensions.
