This device is garbage. It came and the choke and throttle were backwards. If you started it, it revved to max and was extremely dangerous to hold as the auger was immediately full spin. I tried to work a trouble ticket to resolve but it was just closed and never resolved. DO NOT BUY!!!

1st...Customer Service has been a joke. So much for easy returns and refunds! 2nd...Sent pictures of it falling apart. Videos of it unable to spin in basic dirt. 48 hrs to review. The response" "tighten the screws"! I respond 'are you joking' and now a technician needs to review my response. It was a good price, but save your money. Go to Harbor Freight and pay $30 more (I already did) ...it breaks, take it back. At this point I am 10 day in and give up. I'll never buy anything from Vevor that requires gasoline or electricity again.

I purchased this item but was never able to attach it because it arrived defective. Customer service has been very slow to respond and keeps saying they will get back to me. I’m a top-level customer who has purchased multiple items from your company, but I’m considering stopping future purchases if this issue isn’t resolved promptly.

This product is bad item to buy.

Had the auger for one day, dug about 12 hole 30” and on the 13th hole. It broke. It’s no wonder this thing is so cheaped. It doesn’t last.

The auger arrived in time for a fence project; however, it would not operate. Had a few in the past and figured we would try a Vevor product because we had great success with other tools or supplies that we've ordered from Vevor. The auger simply would not work.

I own 2 diggers this one started perked out of my h a ND and would not release high speed.

I purchased an auger for ~$170. When i tried to start it the cord broke, never even got a chance to use it. Contacted customer service, they tried to send me a cord so that I would replace it!! Really?? Now they are offering me a $48 refund, based on what??? I would never EVER purchase from them again. They do not stand behind their products and sell ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!!

The auger would start but it has zero power. When I try to dig an hole it stops as soon it touches the ground.

Was a pile of junk, pulled like 400 times and would not start, readjusted carburetor, fired up first pull, Ran awesome for about 2 minutes and then blew up, took 2 weeks to resolve the issue by having Vevor just refund my money. There products are usually awesome, just the customer support and warranty are a joke.
