I bought this and the auger turned about 4 revolutions and stopped. It won't work now and I've went back and forth with Vevor for a week now trying to get a refund or replacement. They are not being easy to deal with. I have bought several items from vevor but will NEVER buy another and will stop promoting their business to my friends if they do not make this right. It is brand new and that was my first time using it. Don't waste your money on this pile of junk. Make things right Vevor, I've been a good customer and don't deserve the run around.

I bought this item over two weeks ago. I have been getting the run around since the purchase. It did not work from the beginning never even broke ground. I reached out they sent me user guides I responded again they asked common sense questions like I can’t run a machine. We have a landscape company I am well versed in prepping priming and maintaining machines. I am certified in small engine repair. I am not going to fix what came broken. I want a new one and or refund but obviously they aren’t doing that. I sent not one but two videos of what it was or should I say what it was not doing. It seems to maybe have a sheared pin but not opening to find out or that will be another reason they can use to not help me. Horrible horrible customer service/support. My next move is better business Bureau because then they will have to give an appropriate response. I have bought several items in past from vevor but never again.
