Customer service is bad. I send in a request for return because I bought the wrong pump. Nothing happened. No reply at customer service. A bad sign to do business.

The pump seems well-made and sturdy, but the biggest flaw is that it is very inconvenient to use. Unlike products from other companies where water should pour out immediately just by plugging in the hose and flipping the switch, the Vevor product uses an old method where water is supplied to the pump. So I am considering returning it.

Used for about a week. Something inside fell apart and now I’m dealing with warranty which is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They took 3 days just to respond the first time and I couldn’t wait so I ordered a new one as the shipping is pretty quick and I can’t go that long without a pump. Now they are still replying about every other day asking for more info and pics. Sounds like they want to send me replacement parts for me to fix myself which I don’t think is fair as I paid for a working pump. I will give an update when I give a review on the 2nd pump I purchased.

Worked ok when it first arrived in late May, but only got to use it 3 times, now when I try to use it today it does not work, sounds like the impeller is seized. Low quality.

I never received it and not sure that I ever received my refund because the communication with the customer svc ai was via this format and was very confusing and went round and round in circles. They kept telling me it shipped to me and after no receipt they said it may be lost and would issue refund then it had shipped and it had been delivered but no proof and I don't have it so BUYER BEWARE !!

Not happy with this pump at all. Takes forever to fill with water to prime it, and then, every time you turn it off and change hoses, you have to prime all over again. The pressure was not at all what I expected. I'm going to see if I can return it.

. This is the first Vevor brand shallow well pump we ever purchased. Unfortunately, we didn't use it until a little over a year after the purchase,. It was not powerful and had a weak flow. Very disappointed.

Lasted 4 months, fillied with water, and that was that! It was running, tripped the breaker, I took out of service and opened it up, water poured out. Clearly the shaft seal failed. Vevor asked me to dry out, reassemble and put back into service. Spaks flew, breaker triipped - thanks but no thanks. These pumps just do not have the duty cycle needed for a 2 hour run per day.

Quick shipping, but Opened box to a broken fan shroud and fan. Didn't even plug it in yet. Rest looks ok
