I've been running this pump for 3 1/2 years for my main residential water supply line. It has been absolutely bulletproof. No need for a pressure tank, dead simple diy. I've ordered several more, just in case they become hard to purchase.

I HAVE TWO OF THESE PUMPS IN ACTION FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW. BOTH WORK GREAT. BOTH PUMPS ARE USED AS BOOSTER FOR WATER PRESSURE IN LARGE BUILDINGS AND IT WORKS GREAT. IF YOU NEED A BOOSTER PUMP THIS IS THE ONE TO GET.

Price was 1/10 of a well company model with better features such as high/low pressure shut off. It needs a pressure dial and digital setting of output pressure to be perfect. Don't know long term reliability but a 10 year warranty would be reassuring. It's a good deal.

This pump is great, and so is the price! There is some assembly required; but nothing that is too difficult to figure out, with poor instructions. I use this for watering my plants, from my 2000 liter water totes. Once set up, the pump starts up after squeezing the spray nozzle, with about the same pressure as I would get if I used my house faucet. After letting go of the spray nozzle, the pump stops; simple to use. If the pump runs dry (not water in the totes), the pump shuts off, to protect it from running dry.
