Pump is beautiful but useless with 1/4 imperial inlet which is for R12 refrigerant. Need 3/8 imperial inlet to service R134a. Should have included one in box. Probably have to return for refund.

I received a vacuum pump from VEVOR on Thursday, March 19, which I needed that weekend to complete a manufacturing job. The unit arrived defective and missing the oil sight glass, which appears to have been knocked into the reservoir during shipping. As a result, the pump cannot be filled with oil or used. I contacted support immediately and was told the technical team would follow up within 1–2 business days. It is now Wednesday, March 25, and I have received no response. I have contacted support four times and each time received the same scripted reply: “we will contact you within 48 hours.” More than five days later, there has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. This failure has directly delayed a paying customer job and caused measurable business impact. At this point, I am requesting an immediate overnight replacement. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be pursuing a chargeback and documenting this experience across review platforms and business channels. If you depend on your equipment for real work—not hobby use—be aware of the risk.

This vacuum pump is a POS and even if you buy the warranty they want you to fix it your self I used it twice as per instructions it got hot and locked up and now have to fight with them to get new one not going good again do not buy

It stopped working during the first use. It is so hard to return and get the refund

I used this vacuum pump only two times. The second time i used it, it ran for 15 minutes then it started making a grinding sound like the motor was obstructed or a bearing was going bad. Then smoke came out of the motor and the pump was dead. The pump had the correct amount of vacuum pump oil. This was a case of a badly assembled pump or cheap internal parts. Would not recommend buying this pump.

Je comprend pas les commentaires positif mais c'est sans doute des non professionnelle qui s'en servent une fois ou deux puis la range dans un placard car moi j'en sui a la troisième et au bout de six mois elle coupe thermiquement au bout de 20minutes et comme il n'y a pas pas d'électrovanne l'air refoule dans les circuit frigo et tous le vide est a refaire pour éliminer l'humiditer donc non ce n'est pas de bonne pompes je dirais m^me que c'est de la merde

Will not take system under 700 microns. My everyday pump is working. Checked with three different vacuum gauges. Now to figure out how to return it.

Comprei esta bomba, assim que a liguei fazia muito barulho, como se estivesse presa. Por vezes não liga. Não recomendo este equipamento. Ainda estou á espera de uma solução, só sabem responder que estão a analisar e não me dão uma resolução.

Never received the product and vevor failed to refund It was late past delivery window, and I was not going to be at the receiving location anymore, requested Vevor to cancel order but was told to leave it and refuse delivery when it arrives; told Vevor rep I can't refuse delivery when I'm not going to be there but. He did not cancel the order and now the shipment has gone missing and Vevor has not processed the refund to this date, it been over a month.very poor customer service and extremely poor process
