This Pump arrived quickly. The price was very reasonable. The packaging was good. The pump is heavy in weight and has a good fit and finish. The only issue I have is the power cord, it is only 14 gauge. The required wire size for 1.5 hp rating at max depth is 10 gauge. At 130 feet the depth of my well is 12 gauge. I have not installed the pump to date, I am working with my building inspector for approval for the use of this pump.

While the price was very reasonable and it was shipped quickly, my question about the wiring of the pump to the starter box was never answered. I still need to know what the colors of the wires from the pump to the starter box go to. I had an electrician look at it and he thinks he knows where wires should go but he thinks the wiring convention is European. Where do the 4 wires go? If you will look at the chat on line you will see that many people have the same question.

Received the pump on time. It was packaged well. I bought the 3 horse with control box. I hooked it up and ran it in a big trash can first. Seemed to run just fine. The pump I pulled out of my well was a 2 horse. I use my well to run my house and keep 3 ponds full so it runs a lot. The pump I pulled was right at 360 feet deep. I reused the wire downhole. La pompe est de bonne qualité et de bon débit. Néanmoins j'ai un problème avec le boîtier de commande, il monte en température et disjoncte au bout de 20mm

Got this in April, installed in april and today it just stopped working

Installed this early May and by mid July it stopped working. Had electrician come look at his installation for wiring hookup because pump kept tripping breaker. Wiring is correct at control box and pump. I did purchased the extended warranty but so far have not received resolution for replacement or refund. I will update review when and if that happens. I will say it seemed like pump was well made when I opened the original purchase. Once hooked up the water pressure was great and it seemed like a good purchase. But once it started tripping the breaker at about 7 weeks of use, the trouble shooting for this item has been a real pain.
