Received the pump on time. It was packaged well. I bought the 3 horse with control box. I hooked it up and ran it in a big trash can first. Seemed to run just fine. The pump I pulled out of my well was a 2 horse. I use my well to run my house and keep 3 ponds full so it runs a lot. The pump I pulled was right at 360 feet deep. I reused the wire downhole. This place SUCKS THE BIG ONE they can't even get their orders correct, I asked for a 4 wire pump and they sent me a 3 wire control box, and when you try to get an answer they ghost you. Don't buy from them THEY DONT OFFER a return after you had just purchased it!! THEY SENT ME A PUMP WITH 4 WIRES AND A CONTROLE BOX FOR A 3 WIRE !!!SYSTEM USELESS!!! I HAD MADE THE SAME MISTACE THROUGH HOME DEPOT!! DON'T BUY THIS S#%@^ SPED A LITTLE MORE AND GET SUPPORT!!!!

Your customer service is the worst I have ever worked with because you do not care about your customers at all.

The controller comes with a cord and plug...but it's not a US compatible 230V or 110V plug so you will need to hardwire it in or wire your own plug The instructions dont include a wiring diagram. Tried their 24/7 tech support and got a chat that was probably a person but their response was this is a technical problem so I let the right team know and they will get back to you in 2 business days. I found wiring diagram on inside cover of controller box. They eventually got back to me several days later than the 48 hours promised and their response was useless if it was even responding to my inquiry. I asked if I could replace the incorrect plug and hard wire the 220v line directly into the controller (I even provided a photo of the control box showing the wiring) and needed the wiring diagram (later I found inside the box cover). They didnt send me the wiring diagram, didnt tell me it was inside the lid, and did provide this irrelevant and useless response " This pump body is equipped with an industrial-grade fitting. This is feasible provided it is safe and correct." Update october 2026. Now on my third problem with this pump, but their customer service came through and resolved my issues, you just need to be patient.

Pumps are decent. Control box is junk. Had to upgrade each one after they melted down from a plumbing store

Elle est garantie 12 mois. J’ai passé ma commande fin septembre 2024 et aujourd’hui le 26 octobre 2025, après plusieurs jours à ne pas bien fonctionner, elle est morte. J’avais acheté plus puissante que nos besoins et notre puit avait fonctionné plus de 15 ans avec une toute petite. C’est un produit impressionnant à l’arrivée mais très décevant en bout de ligne.

This pump has failed on me after a very short period of use. I have not yet examined it to find out why but I believe it has come uncupled from the pump. I will admit i was cycling it frequently but that should not matter. I am replacing it with a 2 HP model with the extended warrenty to see if it performs any better. If not I will buy a different brand. It lookes like a well built pump and when working it does a good job I just dont know why it has failed so quickly.
