Not the best quality, it works most of the time but doesn't always crimp completely. the frame of the machine flexes if you pull the real hard.

Cass Faulty Used Product; Nonexistent Customer Support

The product I received from Vevor was both faulty and very clearly used previously and returned. Right out of the package, the product was dirty and covered in scuff marks on the metal and base plating. This machine left a bunch of little "bumps" on the surface of every single button I made. All of the plastic backings also protrude a bit when pressed and leave a sizeable dent in the surface of the buttons, so they are unusable. The mylar is filthy and many are scratched. When I reached out to Vevor with photo evidence, their first response was to literally gaslight me and insist the buttons were "perfect." When I pushed back they then repeatedly insisted the issue was user error, simple issues I was not having like creases in the mylar, etc. I do not believe I ever spoke to a real person and was given no other option to contact them, nor was I provided any option to exchange it or return it for a refund, which has forced me to go directly to my bank for the issue.
It's worth noting Vevor is not BBB accredited and provides no email or phone number for support. Do not purchase anything directly from Vevor. It's not worth the headache. The prices are low for a reason.

Aucune mention sur le lien de l'article que VEVOR envoient une machine déjà utilisée. Je viens de recevoir mon colis et la machine a de grosses traces d'usure, de gras et de doigts. Pour un article qui a quand-même un certain coût, je trouve cela inadmissible. Je n'ai même pas utilisé la machine, j'ai trop peur de l'abîmer encore plus. À voir si le service client va honorer sa politique de retour et remboursement.

Only about 10 to 25% of the provided plastic buttons actually seal all the way around. The other 75 - 90% have a solid chunk where the metal, picture, and mylar actually gets pressed into the plastic backing.

Clement Produit défaillant et déjà utilisé

Lorsque j'ai essayé d'installer la machine a badge sur son support, je me suis rendu compte dans un premier temps quelle a déjà été utilisé (voir les photos de traces d'usure). Et que, les encoches pour les vis étaient bien abîmées. Et lorsque j'ai tenté de la visser sur la plaque de support : d'un coté de la plaque, les vis se fixent mais font que la machine est penchée en arrière. Et de l'autre coté de la plaque les vis ne s'enfoncent tout simplement pas dans plaque. La plaque n'a pas l'air detre celle adaptée pour la machine.
Et de plus, le service client ne répond pas aux sollicitations envoyées.

Ik dacht ik pak de duurste vd reeks, wat een miskoop. Ik heb nog steeds geen degelijke badge kunnen maken. Wel een stevig,degelijk toestel. Maar ik snap er niks van, plaatjes blijven constant hangen, waardoor dat je de hele constructie terug moet losmaken. Ik heb nu al een aantal keer geprobeerd maar het lukt me gewoon niet om een goede badge te maken. De badgesnijder is maar goedkope prul, je hebt echt wel een plotter of iets nodig hiervoor.

Unit came defective and trying to return it is not convenient. It would be nice to receive a functioning item when purchasing it brand new. I don't recommend this product or vevor.

Arrived with missing parts (the green plastic spacers that enable you to make pins with metal backings). As a result we’re only able to use HALF of the button-making supplies that came with the set— only the plastic backings. When I contacted Vevor, I was told to submit numerous photos and information including the original shipping packaging— a huge inconvenience. Still haven’t received any replacement parts. Would not recommend.
