The product never arrived!!I have been asked to give feed back on a product that never arrived.
Alert to anyone purchasing on Vevor,always take the refund protection.
Their tracking and shipping up dates were useless.

Derby Will it work in the cold?

Before installing, wanted to make sure it worked in my gutters and drains. Plugged it in and nothing happened. CS person suggested using some snow around the thermostat to get it to work. Tried that and it got slightly warm. CS person said to make a video of this. Do not have access to equipment that will make a half-hour video. Do not have any more time to spend on this and giving up. Will wait till next winter's install to see if it will do as it should. The big question: will this work internally in gutters and DRAINS or is it only for water pipes (never got answered)?
